Perfekte Lage, riesiges Zimmer und großes Badezimmer mit super Dusche. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Schöner Spabereich mit Schwimmbad, Dampfbad und Sauna...alles im Preis enthalten.

Otel çarşıda olmasını, tarihi bina olması, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Memnun kaldım, teşekkür ederim 🙏
Odalarda buzdolabında mutlaka hazır şişe su olmalı. Herkes musluktaki suyu içmek zorunda değil. Bunun dışında spor salonu, spa ve havuz kullanacak vaktim olmadığı için yorum yapamıyorum.

Konumu güzel.
Otoparkı yok, yakında bulunan Hotel Europa’nın otoparkını kullandırıyorlar ancak herhangi bir indirim vs yok, günlük 40 km ücreti var.
Odada diş fırçası, diş macunu, kulak çubuğu vs gibi eşyalar bulunmamakta.
Saç kurutma makinesi bir çalışıp bir çalışmıyordu.
Yatak, yastık ve yorgan oldukça konforsuzdu. Eşim de ben de bel boyun ağrısı çektik.
Kahvaltısı oldukça zayıf.

Doručak je je bio osrednji, kao u hotelima koje iznajmljuju agencije za vansezonska putovanja autobusom. Ja za doručak jedem voće , u ovom hotelu nije bilo primjereno serviramo. Grožđe u grozdu , lubenica natezanja s korom na šnite, banane u kori. Osim kuhanih jaja ništa nije bilo kuhano. Dvije vrste narezaka isto tako i sira, nije bilo voćnog jogurta nego neki tekući. Samo dvije vrste soka, nisam vidjela da nude čaj, ili si ga je možda gost sam trebao napraviti. U sobi ne rade sve lampe, u kupaoni ne radi svjetlo uz ogledalo za šminku. Nisam vidjela u sobi peglu, nešto uz ormar je bilo prikačeno, iskreno ne znam čemu služi a nema ni uputa kako se koristi. Vrata od ormarića za hladnjak su bila potragana a u hladnjaku nije bilo čak niti vode.Premalo ručnika u kupaoni. Soba je uredna, međutim sobarica nije pospremila krevet kako treba nego je samo zategnuta posteljinu, čak niti jastuk nije pospremila. Vidi se da hotel zahtijeva renoviranje, tepisi su stari. Jedino što mi se istinski dopalo je lokacija.Mislim da je cijena previsoka za ono što hotel nudi. Sumnjam da ću ponovo doći u takav hotel.Recepcijsko osoblje treba poraditi na komunikacijskim vještinama.

The staff at the front desk is very friendly. Breakfast was traditional from the region, but it would be even better if they would keep the warm dishes warm. The eggs were cold already.
The cleaning is a huge problem in this hotel. The room had a terrible wastewater smell, hard to shake. NO dark shades/curtains in the window, so we would wake up at 06:00 am just because of the light getting in. Spider nets over the bed, some weird dark fungus on the walls, and the shower was full of Kalk and needs to be fixed on the wall, it was falling apart.
It also happened that the cleaning lady got inside the room without knocking on the door around 08:30 in the morning and saw my partner naked and still wanted to get in the room for cleaning! Absurd! Totally no-go! This should not happen at all!!! The front desk and breakfast staff are very friendly, but the room definitely needs better cleaning. The swimming pool area is nice and quiet but if look at the roof, lots of fungus all over the walls, and the corners of the swimming pool are a little dark from another type of fungus.

Great location. Apartment was nice and the reception stars were nice. Good gym/pool facilities.
I have stayed here lots of times through work so can compare over the years. customer focus has suffered. Our room wasn’t serviced after the 1st night worth a cursory tidy after up the 2nd and only towels replaced after 3rd with no attempt to clean around or tidy. One hand towel between 2 and the towels must be years old. Very poor, thin and stiff. You have to ask for air for to be switched on and it was switched off on the bedroom again after the first night with no explanation or discussion. Breakfast ok but often ran out of things and not always someone around to ask for replacements and no explanation that you could actually ask for something else. Offered an omelette on the last morning but nothing previous mornings. More attention to detail required.

Location was right at the center of the old town.
Room windows were looking to a direct wall, as if there were no windows at all, frustrating. By the look of the hotel and wonderful outside appearance, this was something you would not expect...

Heaters in rooms were not doing properly, se we need extra electric heater in room. Breakfast is not fresh, food is repeated and not value for money. Not enough towels in rooms toilet.

The location was superb as we were in the midst of the Old Town. The staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The room was impecably clean.

Hotel is located in very center. Parking place is near by. Very polite and professional staff gave me all the information and help i needed. Comfortable room, clean and beautiful bathroom, great breakfast. I recomend the visit. Thank you.

Lokacija je odlična.
Kreveti su bili neudobni i za parking je moralo dodatno da se plati, što 31.og u jeku gužve je bilo užas. Kružili smo 3 puta Sarajevom da bi došli do hotela a onda smo parking morali dodatno da platimo.
Takodje, jedan od velikih razloga što smo izabrali ovaj hotel je bazen i spa, a oni su u sred Nove godine kad bi bili najkorišćeniji, radili samo do 8.

It’s a lovely hotel perfectly located a couple of minutes walk from the old town. We made use of the basement swimming pool, which is very large and has a good sauna and plunge pool. We didn’t check out the gym. Breakfast was more than ample and varied.
The only negative was where our room was located. Although it was a large modern room, it was on the first floor, above a noisy bar, on a Saturday night. The music didn’t stop until about 2:00am.
It’s not the fault of the hotel what other establishments neighbour the hotel. However, the issue we had to complain about the following morning was that, if the hotel is sparsely occupied and has plenty of available room, they shouldn’t check guests into low floors (close to loud bars) on a Saturday night.

Location was great, room was big and roomy. Breakfast was excellent and lots of things. Staff was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. It was great place to stay and it was quiet. It was great in sauna and steem room. Pool was ok.
Things I didn't like were. Sherts on bed are to small. Also, I had sheets with hea in a middle of bed and small holes. They changed it right a way once I said it. Tea catle was dirty and they cleaned it up. Not enough towels unless you ask. Bad thing is that they control temperature in a room. You can't do nothing with your controller in room at all. The pool was ok but they are lacking on maintenance and it looks run down.
