Micul dejun a fost bun, variat, camera mare, curățenie.

Când am ajuns la cazare ni s-a dat o camera mica, fără balcon, deși în descriere era trecut ca are balcon. Chiar le-am lăsat un mesaj în care le-am specificat ca vreau cu balcon. Pentru ca am Genius nivel 3, am primit un upgrade la camera, insa cei de la receptie nu au ținut cont de asta inițial. Pana la urma, la insistentele mele, și după ce le am explicat de mai multe ori ca trebuie sa tina cont de ceea ce am luat prin Booking.com, ne-au dat o camera cu balcon. După acest incident, totul a fost in regula.

Everything about the hotel was amazing.

The fact the air conditioning in the room was not working and nothing was done in a way of compensation.

i liked the room

i had a booking confirmation that i will have a room with balcony and i didn't; the only bar / restaurant was underground and it was difficult to get your drinks outside on the terrasse; we waited long for any drink... staff was not effective and even look disturbed that they had to bring us the drinks outside.... on sunday afternoon the restaurant was closed so we had no drinks at all.

Literally the only hotel I've ever stayed at that that you had to put the room entry card to have electricity - in every other nothing is required or you can just put whatever card you want in the reader. This is plainly stupid, I do want to have stuff charging when I'm not in my room Loud exhaust fan noise from outside (first room), some muted music sounds (second room) AC not working, probably disabled (beginning of May but I still hate it, I'm staying in hotels for a reason, I want my 16-18C in the night and be able to close window when is loud outside (like the fan)), other hotels had AC available at similar dates

Clean and comfortable room, good facilities, didn't use the pool, good food, good location, but mostly ok, will come back if travelling again to Craiova

No breakfast included for the price, the mattress a little stiff, elevator broken, restaurant not cheap but ok

Very clean and confortable room. The heating system and hot water worked perfect, the room was already heated when we arrived. The amenities and the design of the room are not for a 3* hotel, but 4*. Congrats Craiovita Hotel!

Even we stayed on the 2nd floor, we heard very well the music from the weeding in the restaurant

Redecorated interior, looks modern. The reception girls were very nice and tried their best. Was clean.

1. Very loud music from the party events on ground floor. 2. The only way to stop the aircondition is to tell the receptionist to do it feom the computer. This solution is very inconvenient because the system is not functioning proper. 3. My room did not had any toiletries. 4. The room had issue with the electricity, the card did not worked proper and i had to change the room. 5. I tried to call the reception from my room and when i picked up the phone, the cable just fell out. 6. Breakfast was not included in the room price. 7. No iron table and no iron. 8. No kettle and coffee in the room.

Everything was okey, for couple nights it's okey.
