Yara the general manager was very nice and welcoming to all the guests!! Hassan the manager for the breakfast was very welcoming also and even gave me a traditional Jordanian breakfast! The hotel itself was very clean and the location was okay but a little far from downtown. The Filipino ladies who cleaned my room really did a good and thorough job and they also gave me extra water every day of my stay. Overall very good experience!

Location too far from downtown but the Talabat delivery service was able to deliver food to my hotel when I needed it.

Employees were really kind they helped us with the car and also, we arrived after dinner time but they called to see if we wanted to eat even with the dining room closed

The staff was amazing, taking care of your needs. Yara really looks after you. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel.

our room had a smell of wet construction materials. also the heating was not working, just blows air with no heat. at checkout they wanted to charge us again due to whatever reasson. there was a humming noise in the background in the room non stop also during the night. this is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel!!!

Everything was absolutely amazing from start to end. We received a very warm welcome from Yara and she kindly made sure we did not need anything throughout our stay. I had made a last minute reservation and Yara contacted me in no time to make sure we had the most adequate rooms given we were 5 people. I cannot thank enough Yara, her kindness and her recommendations. Everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend this hotel (great location, food and high standards).

The reception staff arranged a breakfast box for me as I was checking out at 5.30am, which I was really pleased with. The hotel was located close to a busy road but it did not cause any noise disturbance

the second visit for me in this hotel , staff are professional and friendly , I been to the bar down twice it’s a nice bar specially the ladies Najla and Jana and the lounge bar too more classical..

Location - not within walking distance to anything, really. You'll need to take a car to get out and do anything.

I loved this hotel. After returning to Amman from the amazing Wadi Rum, we just wanted a place that has reliable hot water and good shower pressure. After looking through so many disappointing reviews of other places, we paid a little more for a place that we could rely on to be a good experience. So happy with the choice. It was a 5 star experience. Everything was clean, the staff were so helpful and professional, the room was perfect, there was a spa with jacuzzi, steam room, sauna all included. The room has a massive flat screen, a bath, fridge, shaving mirror, etc etc. Although all the staff were great, Najla in the bar was very entertaining. Thanks also to Yara for going the extra mile to help me. Thanks also to the man working the front desk (wish I caught his name) and sorry for not returning your iPhone cable. The lady working the spa was also very kind. The breakfast spread was great also.
