Das Haus liegt auf einem 3000 m2 großen Grundstück, viel Platz zum Toben und Spielen. Das hintere Deck ist ein schöner Ort, um sich zurückzulehnen und einfach mit einer Tasse Kaffee oder einem Glas Wein zu entspannen.
Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus offener Küche, Ess-und Wohnbereich mit einem offenen Kamin, ideal zum Entspannen an einem kalten Wintertag. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Hobbyraum mit einer Tischtennisplatte, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Badezimmer
Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Landeplatz mit Sofa und Fernseher. Es gibt zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein Etagenbett mit zwei Etagenbetten und zwei Ausziehbetten sowie ein Badezimmer.
Ausreichend Parkplätze stehen mit einer kreisförmigen Auffahrt und einem Carport zur Verfügung.
Dies ist ein idealer Ort für einen Familienurlaub oder Freunde, um zusammen zu kommen.

This was just the most perfect house to celebrate our 50th birthdays! A gorgeous house and garden, lovely kitchen, lots of bedrooms, seats and a fire pit outside…! We had the most wonderful weekend here! Thank you!

Perfect house for our 3 generations of family with nice outdoors deck areas. Lots of space with two separate living areas. Well equipped. Some minor maintenance required. Would happily recommend for a family holiday.

Maxine is a kind and attentive host, and replies quickly! The house is tucked away in a very quiet location, with lots of trees around and is a 10 minute walk from a very secluded beach. Good shops and pubs nearby, 2 golf courses nearby. Aircon upstairs and downstairs, 3 seating/entertainment areas (inside, outside and upper deck), 2 couch/TV areas, good beds. The house itself is an older build, and has that classic beach house feel to it, it's very homely. If you're looking for a quiet getaway on the peninsula you'd be silly to look elsewhere.

We had an early round of golf booked at St Andrews Beach so thought we would stay the night before. What a great place - it was easy to check in - clean - the perfect location and overall a great property with real coastal charm. We hope stay again at some point soon. Thank you.

A backwater stay- very quiet, surrounded by nature- 10 min drive to Rye, 15 mins to Sorrento. The house is full of charm but is older, has a musty smell, but plenty of quaint relaxation nooks. If u love modern, bustling and beach views this is not the place for you. If u love nature, peacefulness and rustic- this is definately your jam.

4 adults stayed - there was plenty of room and it was very pleasant sitting out on the balcony looking at the views.

The perfect winter getaway with friends, the house was cozy with open fireplace, split system heating and additional electric heaters in bedrooms.
Really loved the location, tucked away next to the St. Andrew's Beach Golf Course and short hike from the beach.
Maxine was an excellent communicator and accommodating host.
The house was lovely and clean, spacious and light.
The kitchen and pantry were stocked with all essential items needed to prepare a cooked dinner and breakfast at the house.

Max Ave Beach House was the perfect place to stay for our weekend away with my daughters and grandchildren. We enjoyed having dinner at the big dining room table and then lighting the outside fire pit to toast marshmallows. The house felt like home, with great art work, a well stocked kitchen equipment and lots of comfy places to sit. Maxine communicated all the necessary details and made us feel very welcome. We'll be back soon for a longer stay, to sit on the deck while the kids enjoy playing in the back yard.

Myself and seven others stayed the weekend for a golf trip away. Perfect location to stay while playing at any of the Sandbelt courses along Mornington. Plenty of room and beds, great amenities. We had to change our booking day, but that process was made seamless while dealing with Maxine.

We had a great stay. The bedroom configuration was perfect for us and they were very comfortable so everyone got a great nights sleep. The house had everything you could need, although I would take a baby gate if staying again (we have a 15 month old) The only disappointment was the cubby house wasn't usable.
