The location was definitely good. Close to downtown and easy to get to roads when heading out. The house was clean. It seems weird to complain about this but we were actually hot and the fans weren’t enough to mitigate the heat. The neighborhood looked run down but it was quiet.

The owner and property are terrific! We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed a few nights prior to taking train to Seward to jump on a cruise. We enjoyed this place. Beds were comfy. Kitchen well stocked with lots of supplies, spices etc if you want to cook.

My family and I stayed at the location for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience in the clean house. There was enough space for us to spread out. Katie was wonderful with getting details and answering my questions in a very quick manner. The home had everything that we needed without having to go out and purchase basic items. It was also close to major roadways to get us to our day trips without much of a hassle. Would definitely love to stay here again should we ever find ourselves back in Anchorage.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. We rented a unit with 2-bedrooms and 2-baths. Overall, we are fine with the property. But my friends who occupied Room#1 complained that the host did not provide some essential supplies: body wash, soap, etc. The shampoo bottle has shampoo in it but won’t come out when he pressed it. We noticed that there were no additional trash bags and no paper napkins. However, the hosts asked guests to 1) sweep floors, 2) remove linens from the bed, 3) clean and put away clean dishes, 4) pile up laundry in bathroom…at departure. We thought that the hosts was asking too much from their guests.

A great stopover; clean and comfy and close to grocery store, gas, gear shops etc.

Very clean & neat condo. All what you need in a kitchen although cutlery needs upgrade scissors will be great. Extra blankets, all needed food like flour, corn starch, teas, coffees , other kitchen essentials are thought of. No noise, windows easy to open fir fresh air. 4-5 miles radius to Asian groceries, restaurants & airport. Lovely condo for what we needed.

Great place to stay! Close to the Airport and quiet. Would definitely be my top option if I visit ANC again.

The owner, Katie, was very nice and easy to connect with. Everything was great, but the only thing that I guess you can say needed attention was the televisions were not working very well. Also I think the bedrooms needed black out curtains for the the months that is light 24/7. Besides that everything else was fine.

Liked not having to drive too far after a long day at 2 airports. Nice to have 2 bedrooms with 2 baths. Close to everything in Anchorage.

Great little place in Anchorage! My family and I stayed here and loved the house and location. Just a short drive to downtown and plenty of stuff to walk to (coffee shops, bookstore, grocery store, playgrounds). Hosts were great with communication and recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing.

We had a great stay at this location. Owners are nice and very communicative. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Great accomodations in Anchorage, close to everything we wanted you do while there. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Josh and Katie are wonderful hosts. We plan on staying there again.

This condo was a little slice of heaven conviently located near everything in Anchorage! The yard was especially nice, with well kept green grass and an awesome fire pit, I could have stayed all summer long.

We only needed to stay for 2 nights before moving on to the second part of our vacation in Seward. The home was in a convenient area for shopping, restaurants and the airport. The owners were extremely helpful in suggesting things to do. I would recommend this rental!
