Kíváló lokációjú szállás egy magas szinten felújított és teljesen automatizált negyedik emeleti lakásban. Tiszta, gondozott lakás. 100%-os segítség a szállásadó részéről, amire nagy szükség is volt, folyamatos odafigyeléssel. A lakásban bekészített vizek, ropi, keksz és csokoládé is volt a nespresso kv kapszulák mellett.

A foglalás előtt rákérdeztem a lakás tisztaságára és felfűtöttségére és a pozitív válasz alapján foglaltam. Folyamatosan kapcsolatban voltam a szállásadóval, mivel teljesen automatizált a beléptetés és a vonatkozó email nem érkezett meg erről, de mindent megoldottunk. A szállás viszont egy Loxon rendszerrel működik, amire jó lett volna kiképezni, a lényeg az hogy soha nem volt még ehhez szerencsém és mint kiderült vagy ezzel vagy a szállásadót megkérve lehet bármit is vezérelni. Fény, redőny, fűtés, kb minden erről megy. Ha megy. Mert később kiderült, hogy bizonyos időszakban nem megy a fűtés, illetve a gyerekszoba max 17,3 fokra fűthető fel. El kellett mennünk vacsorázni, hogy ne fázzunk a lakásban és este a gyerekek nem aludhattak a gyerekszobában, így az első éjszaka nem volt pihentető, de legalább a lakás többi része már melegebb lett. A folyamatos egyeztetés során felmerült a kompenzáció lehetősége, de másnap a friss ágynemű mellé csak egy hőlégbefúvót kaptunk, hogy a gyerekszobában aludni lehessen. Szerintem ezt már az előzetes telefonban elmondhatták volna és akkor kevesebb kellemetlenséggel vészeljük át az első éjszakát vagy legalább meggondolhattuk volna magunkat a szállás lefoglalását illetően.

I liked that the hosts were very nice, polite and ready to help. The property was placed in a quiet building. The apartment was clean, modern and almost fully equipped. I liked that we had a code and alarm at the entrance, which facilitated our access and removed the burden of carrying a key. We had a bus that got us into the city center quite easily and not so far Metro stations. I liked that it was chilly in the room taking into account the fact that there were 30+ degrees Celsius outside. I liked that the wifi was fast, no problems here.

I didn't like the sofa, it was rather hard to sleep on. I didn't like that there was no closet to put our clothes in, I mistakenly got the impression that there was a closet for clothes, but it was filled with dishes. The studio is extremely small, even though we knew that when we booked it, in reality it was even smaller than imagined and quite difficult to move around. We had to open our luggage on the floor and this blocked the only free area available, plus blocked our kitchen access. I didn't like that there were no lights, only 2 lights which were not powerful enough, a lot of the spotlights were broken. I didn't like that I saw a small cockroach on the floor. Hopefully there weren't more :))) I didn't like that the building doesn't offer warm water during 8 -10 am, I washed myself with cold water because of this.

It was one of the best experiences I had during my years of travel. My questions were answered in a couple of minutes, very responsive and helpful staff. The apartment was in a good location, perfect to explore Buda and Pest was also nearby. Would highly recommend for others!

Location: public transport stops are close to the apartment. Fisherman's Bastion is in 10 minutes. A pets friendly apartment + a park where you can walk your dog is across the street. Helpful personal. A clean and modern apartment. All you need is available (dishes, a wash machine, a dish machine, a microwave, a fridge, etc.)

Nice, quiet and well-equipped studio

The check-in instructions were very clear. The room was clean and had everything we needed (and more). For those who are interested in visiting the Buda Castle, the apartment is very close to the Castly.
