The location was good. Car free zone and you are very close to the center

The walls were thin. You can hear quite a bit from your upstairs neighbours and from the people outside

Hotel is in really good location close to city center and it’s very clean.

We got a room on the ground floor so it was really noisy and bed wasn’t really good.

Really good localisation but difficult approach with car..

The wall of the rooms thin and over hear any noise. From the upper level all noise came down. All stepping all talking, really everything heard perfectly. 😟

The hotel is close to everything you'd want to visit in Trieste, it's also very easy to find as you get detailed instructions once you book. Due to unforseen circumstances with our chosen transport, we had a very late arrival, but the staff were very accommodating and helpful and arranged for a very easy late check-in. In general, the staff were great - attentive and helpful. The room we were in was very comfortable and clean. The beds were great, we slept very well! If we ever come back to Trieste, we know where to go! :) Grazie, All'Arco!

The hotel has a very good location. It is easy to reach by foot from the train station. All'Arco is located in a very unique, historic, scenic spot in Trieste. It is surrounded by the Roman arch, the ancient church sitting below the hotel and the basilica church right next door, and the castle, and church situated not too far above the church. The Roman theater is just down the hill from the hotel. Most of the main sights of Trieste are easy to reach by foot. The rooms are comfortable, and adequate in size, but far from luxurious. The person at reception and breakfast was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was very basic; croissant,coffee, juice, and yogurt. It was served in the reception room and felt fairly cramped. The person serving breakfast did his best, but I think having another person helping or having self-service would be beneficial. For anyone with physical disabilities this hotel would be hard to reach.

Great location and very convenient to main piazza. Next to Church de.Maggiore.

Ackward breakfast. Needed to schedule a 1/2 hour to eat. They provided some cereal, but no fruit like bananas. You could not serve yourself so the receptionist made the coffee, poured out the cereal and provided yogurt and milk. Choice of croissant but no toast. Again, delivered to the table. No juice. Just strange!

Impressed by the apartment and the neighbood feel of the location. Close to amenities, paid underground car park, historic centre and lots of bars and eateries. Staff very helpful and provided us with a voucher that gave us a discount at the car park. Highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again if visiting Trieste in the future.
