This place had everything we needed. It is a well maintained house. It was clean, all the essentials were there. Everyone, from kids to adults could have there own space and things for their entertainment. I would love to book this place again. Highly recommend this place. Location is just perfect. All scenic places are close by and around.

We were there Grandma and grandpa with two married children and their spouses and many grandchildren infant to twelve years pols . The property was perfect for lawn games spacious clean and beautiful . the home had verything we needed plus . The kitchen was superb, there was plenty of room for sleeping and being together in the home . The kids loved the pool the hot tub the pool table and ping pong . The outdoor gazebo was super . we bbqued and ate outdoors and sat around a bonfire every night in your beautifil fire pit . The vacation was A+ and we have been doing this for years !

Perfect house for our family and friends and fantastic location. Loved the facilities and kitchen. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. The kids loved the downstairs games room! Will be back!

This was probably the most accommodating property I’ve rented. The house is huge, they really supply you with everything you’ll need for a weekend or longer. My only minor suggestion is to provide towels for showers AND the hot tub. If you have accommodations like a pool and hot tub at least have a supply of pool towels in the house so people don’t have to use a bath towel. The game room with the Bluetooth speaker in the walls was the highlight of our weekend. We loved it and will probably book it for the summer to use the pool!

Secluded Getaways
This was probably the most accommodating property I’ve rented. The house is huge, they really supply you with everything you’ll need for a weekend or longer. My only minor suggestion is to provide towels for showers AND the hot tub. If you have accommodations like a pool and hot tub at least have a supply of pool towels in the house so people don’t have to use a bath towel. The game room with the Bluetooth speaker in the walls was the highlight of our weekend. We loved it and will probably book it for the summer to use the pool!

Hot tube was nice in the 10 degree weather and nice living room. Kitchen was not good for cooking for a large group. No access to out door grill.

I’m realistic when it comes to staying at an older property in Vermont, but I do expect the place to be kept clean and sanitary. This property definitely was not. From the algae and debris filled pool outside to the fly ridden bed and the musty cricket infested basement, this place needs some serious overhaul. Thankfully VRBO was very understanding and quickly refunded the cleaning fees. I hope the owners read this post and make the necessary changes for their guests.

We had a great time and tere were enoug different bedroms and entertanment areas as well as a kitchen for our group of 10! Loved that there were separate thermostat the in some of the bedrooms!

Ski Trip
The property clean, and big for our party. The one thing that was misleading was the additional space in the basement. When we went down there the temperature was freezing therefore we couldn’t use that additional area. This was a family trip so we went with our kids and that additional space would have been to great use to us. Besides that everything else in the house was wonderful.

Great family weekend
Lots of space. The toys there were a fun surprise for the kids. The huge yard made a for a great snow day. And the beds were firm downstairs which is great for my back!

Amazing place for relax and enjoy family
Good size property. Lake close by and local restaurant. Nature all around you. Pool and Hot tub on demand. Lots of space for family and friends. We had a good time with family. Spacious home with lots of rooms and 3 baths.

Amazing family vacation gem
This home exceeded our expectations. It not only was very roomy with lots of space for everyone to spread out and sleep comfortably, but it had so much to keep every member of our family occupied and happy. We took 6 teenagers, 1 preteen and 1 toddler on vacation and every one of the kids had a fabulous time and was well occupied During our entire stay. There were never any cries of "I'm bored". This was amazing and much cherished because we never had to leave the property to entertain 8 kids. A couple of really great things that are very under advertised about this property are the really fun Alexa home system with speakers throughout the house and the intercom system that works throughout the house. We love being able to communicate with all the kids with out having to yell up the stairs or down the stairs or out in the back yard and being able to play music throughout the house and backyard while we relaxed, cooked and had fun, it was a super great bonus! Another great bonus that we didn't know about until we got there was the cute little toy room off of the front Hall with many great toys to entertain younger children. This home also came very well stocked with any kitchen item you could need from a blender to a crock pot to kids cups and dishes and spoons. The only item we couldn't find was a pot holder and because we love the house so very much I bought one and left it there as a parting gift. We look forward to re booking for another great family vacation next year! Thanks for the great space to make terrific memories!!!

We love the place. My son had a few safety concerns: one was a low hanging wire coming off the house, and rusted metal sheets in the lawn.

Great house for a group of 10 The game room was fun to play pool. Outside hot tub and pool wonderful. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. We hope to return for ski season!!

Great house with super responsive owner
Great setup for indoor and outdoor fun. Newly updated sound system was a nice surprise. One small issue when we arrived that the owner sorted out immediately, which was fantastic. Great place!

In need of cleaning
The property was in a good location but has not been cared for. The kitchen had three different paint colors, horribly old range and microwave, unusable utensils and cookware. The living room had cobwebs all over book case. The white slipcovers in the couch and loveseat were stained. The master bedroom had horrible dirty lamps that hung over the bed and the doors were sticky. The banister in the living room was full of dirty handprints. The basement had a horrible musty smell and anyone with asthma or a breathing issue could not even enter the stairwell. The bathrooms were nice.
Would not stay there again.

Great house for large groups!
We had a very large group of friends stay for a skiing weekend at Killington and this house was perfect! It was spacious, clean, accommodating, and exactly as advertised. We would definitely recommend staying in this house!

Dublin property
Good communication from Vacasa (email) and property manager (phone). Sleeping accommodations fine for 13 of us. Game room downstairs big hit with kids (age 8-16). Close to either of Okemo access points. Eating area tight for 13 at same time. Large living room (where the only TV is) plenty of space for a portion of crowd, although kitchen and dining area is where most of us hung out. Some areas of property have been updated, other parts not.

Great location for families.
Had a wonderful stay. I wish we knew sooner about the great state park a few minutes away which was a great family outing. We also enjoyed okemo’s adventure park.
The house was as expected, and the kitchen had sufficient cooking necessities. The pool was a little dirty from leaves, but nothing a few minutes with a skimmer didn’t fix, and we enjoyed it! The basement was great to get away from the humidity and nice to hang out with 2 floors away from sleeping children.
All around we would definitely come back and recommend it. The only room to improve would probably be the cleanliness of the floors. With crawling children, they were immediately dirty from the floor.

Good but Old
The house is generally good pool was okay and the hot tub was great but the kitchen and appliances were very old. The beds and rooms were clean and nice. Bathrooms were also ok. Some of them were updated some not. If you wanna stay outside and just get barbecue I would really recommend it. If you are thinking about having a great family dinner in the kitchen you should reconsider that. Overall, good but old style home.

My friends and I had an amazing time at this beautiful home and property. The pictures do not do the space justice. The property boasts beautiful landscape and a babbling brook behind the house, lots of beautiful wild life and blue jays flying around. The pool and hot tub were also wonderful! The house is very spacious which allows you and your friends and family to have privacy when needed. The downstairs game room was also super fun and had built in blue tooth speakers and bar which made it the perfect party room.

Be aware! defective amenities and unresponsive owner/management
Hot tub fails, exposed electrical wires at backyard watch out your children, pool was dirty, no a/c and lot more frustration to say.
