We stayed for a week and it was awesome! Property was clean and the location was next to everything we did. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping was something we took advantage of every day. The national parks were only minutes away and our excursions were all within 2 miles.

We came to hang with friends who are truly family. We ran out to Tusher Tunnel, in to a shelf of petrified wood, over to Determination Towers, Wipeout Hill, to Monitor Mirimac, and hit Uranium Arch before heading in. Our visits to Jailhouse, Deweys, and the Spoke were excellent. We VRBO condos here in the spring and the fall. I would stay here again!

The house was great. Awesome location-within walking/biking distance to downtown, but far enough away to be quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. The house was clean and perfect for our family. There were only 4 of us, but we could have easily had another family stay with us. It was super nice to have a garage to put our truck and bikes while we stayed. I would definitely stay at this location again if our travels take us back to Moab.

We had a really good time staying at this place overnight after hiking and camping, and the place is clean, and the house is quiet. Very a nice place for a short recovery after a hike and camp.

The houses on Williams way are ideal for being able to walk to everything in town. We’ll set up for large groups. Loved our stay here!

This property had everything we wanted, except the smell. We only stayed for 2 nights, but learned there was a plumbing issue. We avoided use of the master bathroom once discovered. We were gone most of both days and informed management. The duplex had a great backyard space for our dogs and the hot tub was nice to relax in after hiking all day. Tom at Moab Lodging Property management was the most helpful in communication and assistance with our needs. Thank you Tom. If not for the smell, I would have rated this 4 stars.

Dog-Friendly
Excellent location for National/State Park access and walks around the neighborhood. “Dog-Friendly” is our primary criteria when looking for a vacation rental, and this place was perfect. There is a nice-sized, fenced-in backyard with grass, and the master bedroom opens directly out to it. The home is very large with lots of clutter-free storage areas. It was clean, well-appointed, and provided everything as advertised. The 2-car garage was also clean and uncluttered with a kitchen entry that made unloading a breeze. The check-in and -out procedures were the easiest we've ever encountered. This is a beautiful place to visit!

Clean facility but low quality amenities and poorly managed
Overall this rental is well located and a comfortable layout. The housekeeping does an excellent job as the property, inside and out, was very well maintained and clean.
Unfortunately the thermostat was malfunctioning during our stay making it pretty miserable nights’ sleep. We were there for a total of three nights and the first two were restless. Night one the temperature kept resetting itself to the 50s somewhere and there are no extra blankets in the rooms so we were very very cold. On the second night it was keeping itself over 70 so we had to sleep with the doors/windows open. I notified the property manager on the morning after our first night and the issue was not addressed until the third night when the maintenance staff (who was awesome and completely competent) came and swapped it out, which fixed the problem. I was disappointed that it was not prioritized on the first day as paying good money for a rental should include basic environmental comfort. The property managers can track the thermostat remotely so should have been able to identify the issue day one. We had been planning this short trip to Moab for quite a while and not sleeping for two nights didn’t give us the best vacation experience since we were getting up and out of the house early every morning for long, strenuous days.
The hot tub motor seemed to function intermittently so having hot water was unreliable. It is a well used unit so don’t count on it working consistently, which is unfortunate because you are charge an extra fee for it.
We were offered no discount for the problems and communication was tricky with the property manager as he would only communicate through messaging and not answer my calls directly. I will probably try to avoid this company in the future and try for someone who puts importance on customer care and satisfaction.

Excellent Moab adventure headquarters
Fantastic property, well stocked and great location, walkable to downtown restaurants and shops. Large garage and plenty of parking out front. Fully fenced in back yard with nice clean hot tub for soaking. Really nice place, we will stay here again next trip back to Moab for sure!!

Good Stay
Nice clean house. The common area is pretty big, and the rooms are also a good size, with the exception of the bunk room; I’m pretty sure it was made to be some sort of closet. It was fine for my kids though. The kitchen had everything that we needed, and the bathrooms had little hotel toiletries. We also used the hot tub one night, which was really nice after a day of hiking. It was a great location in downtown and close to Arches. We didn’t have any issues.

Great house in Moab
We only stayed one night but had a great, comfortable stay. Process was very easy and Property company was very responsive. Very short drive to anything in Moab. Make sure to get a Golden at Snake Oil coffee on your way out!

Moab Getaway
House was beautiful and spacious. Inside was very clean. Outside area needed mowed and outdoor furniture needed cleaned. There was no bedding for couch bed or rollaways and when requested, only sheets were delivered. No blankets, no pillows, no pillowcases. Indoor pool was really nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Overall great stay and would stay again! Would recommend requesting extra bedding beforehand if needed.

Great Moab Stay!
Great location, great hot tub, felt very safe and secure. Close to everything. Great food in the area. Ants on the counters and around, but there were ant traps. Lots of parking, nice garage, great outdoor space - we even saw a deer on the other side of the fence in the backyard. Great sleeping options. It was a great space for our family (2 adults a 2 year old and our dog). We had very little communication from the host. We didn’t get the check in information before our arrival. They also didn’t answer our questions during our stay. Overall we would recommend!

Great Staff
The staff was readily available and responded immediately which is huge for the short amount of time people stay and need things resolved right away. Outstanding.
The only issue I need to mention is the house isn't properly stocked for 10 plus people to include towels, plates, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent...I am thinking people have abused these items in the past but we really could have used them. Also the sheets were nice and fresh but the comforters were old and torn and did a disservice to the really nice house.
Overall I would recommend the place but would love to see the mentioned details improved.

Roomy & comfortable
The house is nicer than it looks in the picture. It’s huge and actually is pretty luxurious. Wifi was good and fast, unlike what was mentioned by another reviewer, however, management could change the printed info, the WiFi name is listed incorrectly. Outside seatings are comfortable- although some of the outside pillows and plastic chairs could be replaced, The appliances are top of the line. Hot tub was nice and hot. The AC is working fine. We arrived on a very hot day, and it was set at 78°. It took a day to cool It down to 74°. But the next day, it was fine.

Convenient, good amenities
Our group of 15 really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub and steam shower were great. The management team was very responsive, bringing extra air beds and bedding one night and answering all of our questions. There is limited garbage capacity if you plan on preparing/eating many meals at the house, and a few ants in the kitchen. Appreciated that the typical tasks of stripping the bedsheets, etc., were all optional at checkout. Overall, an excellent stay!

Overall, a good place with some exceptions.
We've done an annual motorcycle trip to Moab since 2011 and really like the fact that this place is walking distance to downtown (restaurants, etc.). The layout of this property works well for the most part, with a couple of exceptions.
1. There is a triple deck bunk bed in what looks like it was designed to be a closet. If you have kids it's not a problem, but for adults, it's a very tight space.
2. Living room seating (large L-shaped couch) limited the ability for all of our group to be in that room due to limited seating.
3. Wi-Fi speed. Ironically, I tried posting this review when we were staying at the property, but because of the slow internet (it's shared with the adjacent unit), I was unable to post this review then. With a property this size and recognizing that most people have electronic devices, larger bandwidth would be beneficial, the existing internet speed was unfortunately extremely slow.
Summary: If you're a family with kids, this space would probably work well. If it's a group of adults (in our case, all men), the sleeping arrangements were more difficult.

We went with some friends as well as all of our children and this was great for all of us! The kids loved the bunk beds and hot tub! It was a great time!!

Not bad but not great
House was nice and had most of what was needed. The issue is the AC couldn’t keep the house cool and the three main bedrooms were hot. The room with the three bunks has no vent or airflow and is a hotbox! I would only stay here if it were winter or early spring. We had to ask have the has for the grill filled and also had to fill the hotubnpost arrival. The backyard was nice to hang but if you’re trailering your rig the parking is very tight.

Spacious, clean townhome
Enjoyed the property. Initially had trouble getting in the door with code, but support staff and facility manager resolved problem in less than 5 minutes. Plenty of room and beds for our group (4 adults, 6 kids). Made good use of the hot tub, indoor shared pool down the street, gas outdoor bbq, and steam sauna shower. Wish the pool were heated to about 5-10 degrees warmer, allowing for longer use during winter months.
Would prefer the site provide more dishes: silverware, cutting boards, sharp knives, pots/pans, etc.
Happy with our visit, would choose to stay at this spot again, especially in the winter months when Moab is sunny but cold...the hot tub and indoor pool were awesome!

Nice place, good location
This is a very nice, conveniently located duplex. It is in easy walking distance to downtown, but far enough away so you don't hear traffic. Making arrangements was easy, quick, and the management company was responsive to what could have been a very uncomfortable situation. Big comfy beds and nice fluffy towels!
