This apartment is spacious and so comfortable, it is bright and well cared for. It's very attractively decorated with anything we could want and this makes it feel very homely. There is also the opportunity to use the house garden which we did a couple of times during the evening. We were welcomed by the owner who instantly feels like a friend, she lives in the attached house so is available if needed. It is only about ten minutes walk into Seaton centre and the sea front down a hill which seems shorter the more you walk up and down with frequent buses that save using the car for some day trips. Highly recommend.

Great location for exploring the Jurassic coast. Karen was an excellent host and ensured we had a great time by providing lots of local information and restaurant recommendations.

Fring House apartment is very comfortable and clean, beautifully decorated and is in a brilliant location close to the town centre and beach. The lounge is so roomy and light. The kitchen is well stocked with just about everything you could need to self cater. Plenty of free onsite parking available. Nice big power shower and a lovely rear garden all made for a wonderful stay. Karen and Trace are friendly welcoming hosts. Why stay anywhere else! We will return for sure. Very good location within a short walking distance of Seaton sea front, town and amenities. Apartment is very comfortable for two people with a large lounge and well-equipped kitchen. Bathroom has a full-sized shower cubicle with thermostatic mixer.
