The building was very nice. Good location.

The room was extremely small. The whole room (not including the bathroom) was occupied by the bed. We could not walk around it comfortably. The breakfast. It was very small, without choices: two toasts, two eggs, butter and mermelade, coffee or orange juice (not fresh). Additionally, you could not repeat if you were hungry. The staff was not friendly or helpful. Our bathroom did not have warm water, so that was a struggle and we had to wait a long time before being allowed to shower in another room.

it is a joke not a 4* hotel. The smalest room I've ever seen. Same for the pool. A 9 sq m room, without windovs but extremely noisy. Bad breakfast and unfriendly staff.

in the bedrooms, there were a lot of mosquitoes but we weren’t sure how they were getting in the room because we never left the door or window open.

The location is good if you are in Santo Domingo for tourism. The staff is nice and helpfull. The rooms and the whole Hotel is really clean.

The rooms are too tiny or they face the street without any time of noise reduction. The noise of the street is really unberable. Breakfast is... well, coffe, organge juice, bread and a couple of eggs in a pan. The booking included breakfast, but better to have breakfast somewehere else. And the staff was unable to provide a clear Invoice for our stay. Missing the basic information and it took them some days to get it done, really not reasonable.

Location is great. In a few minutes you walk to the old city centre. The employees are really friendly! Breakfast is bread with egg, coffee/tea and juice. Airco in the room. Recommending this beautiful boutique hotel!

The place was good! it was clean, quiet and nice.

The staff was kind of apathetic. I felt they were doing me a favor instead of providing me a service, like if I was there for free. It was a weird vibe.

- The arrival/check-in was not welcoming at all especially considering that we were the only ones in the structure at that moment - The bathroom is spacious but the water pressure in the shower is very low especially for the warm water - If you need a parking slot ask for specific indications in advance

The decoration of the hotel is superb! the architecture of the room and balcony resembles the Middle Ages in Hispaniola!

The hotel only offered egg and toast with coffee or juice for breakfast. I appreciate the comfort but felt disappointed about the few breakfast options. I would have liked to pick or cook my own breakfast in the hotel. The cleaning lady was asking me if I was traveling alone, had to lied to her to protect my safety.
