1. Not enough hot water for two people’s showers, much less four. 2. Complicated and inefficient access to the apartment. No information communicated about where to pick up the keys before we arrived. Luckily, we had a good driver who sorted it out. 3. One of the bunkbeds did not have a bottom sheet on it! 4. Some of the bedroom doors did not close properly, nor lock. 5. Because there is only one bathroom, mirrors should be placed in the rooms. 6. No instructions were available for the washing machine. 7. Not enough toilet paper was provided. 8. Lumpy pillows.

The Location and size of the bedrooms were good.

We arrived with with mouldy Reckon around the base of the shower, The toilet seat were broken. The window to the small bedroom and drawers were broken for whole of the holiday. The temperature rose over 30 degrees in this room it was unbearable to sleep. The door latch to the large bedroom was broken, when the window was open the door kept blowing open and banging.

We felt that the property was in need of some minor maintenance eg loose toilet seat

Everything was great. we live the location , right on the beach. we drank Morning coffee watching the waves right from our dining room table . lots of space , great big kitchen. everything was clean and looked new. lovely place

Location , Size, View, 3rd Floor- you can’t beat it

The central Location was excellent, ocean front and close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets, views were excellent very panoramic. The apartment was in excellent condition, very modern and well equipped, including the kitchen. Dishwasher and washer with clothes line was very beneficial. Power shutters on most windows and balcony doors was a great added touch, they blocked out the sound for a great sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing free parking in the city's municipal indoor parking lot was great. Nazare in the summer is a very busy place and having parking available makes it very convenient. The only problem with the apartment was that it only has one full bathroom, and one little room with only a sink. So one shower and one toilet for 8 people was a bit of a challenge and took a lot of coordination to make it work.

Having only one bathroom, It would have be great if it contained a minimum of 2 bathrooms, it would make life easier when you have a larger group. But we organized ourselves and maintained time control over bathroom use so it worked well for us. We are just glad nobody got sickness that would require extensive use of bathroom. So if all goes well it is manageable.
