the location

we stay for one week first we stay room 15 to much noise after room 3 leack from the ceiling and on the end room 2 bad smell from the bathroom

The staff was great, Freddy was very attentive and answered all our questions gave us suggestions and help us with every request we got, the hotel is in a very good location.

Everything was fine, there was a issue with the water but they resolved quickly.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and attentive. Many thanks. We were warmly greeted when we arrived and were able to pay in cash/ US dollars when our cards did not work on their card machine. We were given a lovely breakfast in a wonderful outdoor seating area covered with trees. The hotel is well situated in the centre of town. Nice warm shower and effective air conditioning. Staff kindly booked a taxi to take us to the airport.

Mosquito bites. There was no glass/netting on the window in our bathroom. I forgot to apply sufficient anti mosquito spray.

We loved the location! It was right at the end of the Zona Colonial walking street. We ended up arriving late and didn’t get there until 4:30am. They have someone at reception 24/7 and buzzed us right up. The room was lovely. We booked the Deluxe Balcony Room. It had lovely chandeliers, a King size bed, and a big balcony with chairs. We loved waking around Zona Colonial and being able to come back for naps. We felt super safe there! The breakfast was yummy too and the staff were incredibly helpful. We loved it so much we booked it for our final night in the DR too.

We stayed here for 3 nights earlier in our stay and liked it so much we booked it for our last night in the DR. This time we booked the standard room for two. We didn’t mind not having any windows as the ceilings were super tall and we just needed the space for sleeping. Absolutely recommend staying here!

The location was at the seedier end of the pedestrian street. sex tourism evident on most days.

The breakfast was very good. A nice selection to choose from. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very kind and went out of way to make the stay as nice as possible.

It was all as was described. There was nothing that I found I disliked.

My room didn’t have any windows, the television was small, and the locks on the door didn’t seem to sturdy.

the hotel and room was very clean, the breakfast delicious and fresh, and the airport transfer worked well. The second morning I was welcomed warmly.

with the first person at the reception I didn't felt welcome and didn't get a lot of informations for the area. I unfortunately booked a room without window. And the internet wasn't working in the rooms this day. The hotel is poorly soundproofed, which made me wakeup a few times in the night.

Great value for money. Very conveniently located next to the walking street in the colonial area next to restaurants shops and sightseeing. Basic room with comfortable bed, and daily cleaning. air conditioning, a safe, full bathroom, Lovely breakfast of omelet or egg and sausage plus fruit juice and coffee. Helpful friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Room where totally different from the pictures on internet, looks to depressing, need a lot of remodeling, every in too old

I did not fully take advantage of breakfast as I had to check out early for onward transport. But what I had was good and served in a cute open courtyard. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Would be very happy to book again for a short stay.

The stairs up to reception and rooms. However the staff came straight down and took luggage up, problem solved.

We stayed one night while travelling through Santo Domingo. The hotel met our expectations - quite basic rooms but the beds were big and the hotel felt very secure. The breakfast courtyard was a nice surprise!

Bathroom felt dingy and outdated. The room was basic but spacious.

The breakfasts are always good there. They tend to overcook the eggs, but no problem, just ask them to cook them not well done.
