The resort was great, staff were very well mannered, and the experience was wonderful. I highly recommend the half board service offered as it's a beautiful setting, and the food was exceptional.

The great location, the excellent staff on all levels - day-care and maintenance, cuisine, trenino- drivers, concierge, Management... orchestrating everything to the highest level of true Sicilian hospitality!!! Great team- thanks 🙏

The breakfast was good. I could have coffee with Lactose free milk! The dinner for people who eat meet or fish was good but there was too little for Vegetarian. One could have Pizza or Pasta but nothing else. Salat buffet was good. I would have appreciate more vegetarian menus.

We liked everything - the swimming pool was great, the kids friendly beach was just perfect and the food was excellent. I was impressed by the hotel general manager, who really goes and checks if everything works well, greats the guests, talks to them. The hotel staff was very helpful. We will certainly come back and we will also try another VOI chain hotel, because the quality is great.
The kids club was more less for kids who speak italian, the staff should choose one of them who would play with English speaking kids. Our daughter didn’t want to come back due to this. But this is the only little dislike we experienced.

the beach is fantastic, so is the pool complex. the staff were very friendly and happy to help. we liked the spaced out accommodation in the grounds, it meant it didn’t feel like a typical hotel. the food was also good and it was nice that the guests generally dressed nicely for dinner so it did feel like eating out.
The dining room could have had more space between the tables and perhaps a few more dedicated waiters to look after the drinks orders so it felt more like a restaurant.

Very nice and clean. Excellent treatment. The beach is 1.5 km away but they have a good system to take you to and from the beach.
I was expecting and all inclusive rate with drinks but probably this is not common in Italy.

The location and hotel site. Staff very friendly and welcoming
Air con in our rooms was poor. Leaking showers and a very hot fridge. No new water daily. Tried to change to half board when we arrived as we had one dinner and no lunches at the hotel.

I cannot find anything...
Rooms are poor and service is pathetic. Hotel map locates it near the beach. There is about 2 km distance to the beach (they do offer a shared golf car transport).
Reception service was terrible. Even while they sent me an email with a request to fill Covid related information beforehand, and I did, we had to do it again in paper on arrival. They had never heard of any online form. Wifi was protected, but nobody informed us the password. Room given to us was not cleaned.
Rooms are in small houses arranged as blocks. Blocks have names, but rooms in different blocks have same numbers. Therefore, there are a dozen room numbered 102, for example. I’m convinced they have lot of problems in people getting into wrong rooms by mistake. Keep you room locked all the time! Locking of the door is a bit complicated though...
I hope you are not easily disturbed. When your neighbor flushes the toilet it sounds like Niagara falls.
Parking is hundreds of meters from the room. There was no butler service from parking place to the room.
Buffet dinner was quite poor, breakfast as well.
There is a nice 50 meter swimming pool but water was very cloudy. Neither was it open at 8 am when it wouldn’t be crowdy.
They never informed us at check-in that check-out is at 10:00 am but did it by calling us 10:15.
