Reception and restaurant Staff. Completely unpersonal, distracted easily. The waiter would disappear. Restaurant seemed untidy.

The breakfast was good and the location was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is very, very tired. The rooms are tiny and the place looks unkempt and neglected. I was embarrassed to be staying there.

This is the perfect little motel to stay in on your way into or out of Costa Rica. The staff is very accommodating and the restaurant serves GREAT food! There is a parking lot behind the building and you can just walk right into the city center where there are cool shops and cafes to visit. The rooms are currently being updated (8/21). They are spotless and have what you need for a short stay. The A/C was nice to keep the air circulating in the tiny room. The pool was nice to sit by during a lazy morning. It was exactly 18-minutes from Adobe rent-a-car, (about 15 min from the airport); and sits right at the crossroads to all that you need to get to - to enjoy Costa Rica and it's beauty! It's also worth noting that there are a few banks/ATMS, grocery stores and "fast food" places right across the street. But I still recommend the hotel restaurant! The cappuccino is perfect as well.

The bedding/pillows aren't the best, and the beds are lumpy and soft. If you sleep diagonally, its fine! It's good for a night or two, but I've paid way less for similar amenities in Latin America.

The entire staff at this place is top shelf. Receptionists, bar staff and maids all crush it! Strong Wifi, comfy beds, very clean, and the pool … all at a very fair price! It is also a 5 minute walk from the bus station (3-4 blocks by the Maxi Pali). This will be my go to in Liberia from now on …Thanks everyone!

The property is located in a busy sector but is nestled away and once you go to your room you are secluded from the city. The staff is kind, attentive and professional. The restaurant is excellent. There is someone seemingly cleaning at all times in and around the property.

No complaints. It is simple, Clean, quaint and safe.

Breakfast was cold, was not offered water or butter for toast. Server was cold and never spoke.

Everything. No hot water. Appears blood stain on bed. Room was not cleaned before our stay. Noise all night. Deep dents in mattress. Old lumpy pillows. Dingy linens. No wash cloths.

Closer to airport

Blood stain under mattress. No hot water. Loud all night. Sun par AC. No parking. Not safe area.

Back from street, so was quiet. Near bus service and walking distance to city center. Clean rooms with hot water. Hotel has restaurant and is near other dining. Nice pool.
