The food is delicious, the location is excellent, and the staff is both helpful and friendly.
They didn't have draft beer, but I was able to get by with bottled beer 😁

The staff in the food area and at the bar was extremely kind and friendly.
When asked for face towels I was told they didn’t have any (what hotel does not have face towels?).
My room had roaches and a bad odor (smell like rotten sewerage). The pool was closed due to construction. I thought the hotel should have been a little less expensive due to guests not having access to the pool (one of the main attractions).

I had booked the room with the balcony but there were none that were available as they did not note that the specific room I booked was with the balcony. They charged me the full rate and did not even give me a discount despite my requests.

My second stay. Location is great - two main shopping malls are both located within 500m walk. Staff are really friendly, the rooms nice and stylish and the food service is excellent. Maintain your standards and the hotel will continue to be a success.

The hotel location is really good, next to 2 shopping centers. in addition to that hotel's cleanliness was good and the breakfast was nice. hotel staff was nice, helpful and respectful.

So many employee's. sometimes 6 at reception, at the same time 3 for luggage outside 2 at the entry. and no one entering except me. returning from a meeting. I forgot all the staff at the bar with 2 customers. A bit much I would say.

I always like when I’m in Kitwe because it’s safe
I didn’t like it first because the rooms was smelling so bad and the potter’s-men help me to call the receptionist and report but I appreciated it’s was so quickly to change to room they give me the nice one without smell
