The proximity to the Baseball Hall of Fame and surrounding restaurants is the main reason we stayed. The comfort and cleanliness were bonuses.

There are a lot of stairs to to traverse to get to the second and third floors. No elevators. It may be tough for elderly or young kids. Fortunately, we were fine with them.

Location, location, location! right next door to the Hall of Fame and in the middle of town. The staff was super friendly, and facilities, very clean.

Took our two boys to Cooperstown and this is as close to the action as you can get. It’s right next door to the HOF and staff was extremely nice and accommodating. We meet the Wizard and Ted Simmons while we where there. This was a experience our boys will never forget.

Perfect it’s what you would expect from a small town motel. It worked and did exactly what it was intended to do.

Good location

We were awakened both nights by some very very loud people staying on our floor. Obnoxiously loud. No one to call to complain It was between 2-3 in the morning!!

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable No elevator was very hard climbing to the 3rd floor with health issues

I thought the family suite had two bathrooms, could use a TV in in one of the bedroom’s

the motel could be really cool, really play into the baseball theme and aesthetic, and into the boutique well designed and appointed motel. Unfortunately, it’s not there yet. The suite we had was not what we have expected based on photos online and while basic is fine, this was a bit worse for the wear. hole in the couch, really uncomfortable mattresses on beds, tiny bathroom that wasn’t particularly clean. based on all the reviews read I was disappointed. the location can’t be beat, and the owner is lovely. I hope they can do a bit more upgrading to really make the motel shine.

The Baseball Town Hotel is an excellent location just steps from the hall of fame and restaurants. Parking is included, which is also very beneficial and convenient.

The bathroom was compact. It was clean and maintained, but space was minimal. Still, this should not be a deterrent for anyone staying here.
