Very nice place around, clean inside

The staff was relatively friendly, maybe also too young and without experience. There is no option of 1 king-size bed, only two separate ones. For the 4-stars hotel, the absence of a bathrobe is a pity. You can only rent it for 10 euros. For the rest, it's ok

- smoking smell in rooms and corridor - pillows and cushions on bed were too high. Not comfortable to sleep - Rooms were not sound-proof. We can hear noise from the corridor and and foot steps from upper floor rooms - while checking out, staff personnel at reception was not good. She asked city tax more than the actual amount. We verified the amount and found that lesser amount needs to be paid. If we would have not cross-checked then have had payed more than the actual cost.

Handicap parking not enough and to far from entrance 😒

Easy access to parking and nice surroundings. it was our first trip ever with our new puppy so we had a lot of luggage - fortunately the room was spacious and on the ground floor with own terrace.

We reviewed the resaurant and menu - but at the date of our arrival there was only buffet. it was good, but we wanted a little more choice in food.

Great place , great environment

Swimming pool, pool table and bowling alley are a plus. Very nice massage at the spa. Family apartment was large and spacious.

The balcony was really dirty and the place smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be non smoking.

Lovely location, helpful staff, clean and quiet

Dinner could be better. Buffet was a bit simple, although tasty. No fish option, desserts were a bit like airline food. Fruit salad would have been good enough. Otherwise excellent.

It was a nice place to stay. I was awakened several times around 11-12 at night from people talking loudly coming back to their Hotel rooms on the ground floor. I was very surprised to see cigarette butts outside the ground floor Hotel room's patio. Especially when the grass is drier, this could be dangerous for starting a fire. This is not the Hotel's fault, as they do supply a ashtray but maybe put a small sign on the ground floor Hotel rooms concerning this issue. As for the noise at night, I talked to the staff and they were willing to give me a room on the very end next time I stay. Staff were very friendly and I will be returning to this Resort.

The location is great. In the woods, very calm and idyllic, we really managed to relax well. At the same time, very close to Enschede and Hengelo (in case one wants to go shopping). The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The heating was perfect. The balcony giving access to the yard was just marvelous. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The restaurant was exceptional - everything was very delicious and prepared with high quality products (probably the best coffee I've ever had at a hotel). The rib-eye steak we had for dinner was the best ever, especially in a combination with a cold Grolsch Weizen. Keep up the good work!

The rooms might need a bit of renovation.
