No problems.

Notre séjour a été agréable grâce à plusieurs aspects de l'hôtel. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, avec un accès facile aux attractions locales (en plein centre de Barcelone). De plus, les installations de l'hôtel étaient propres et bien entretenues, offrant un environnement confortable pour notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner est un régal, les enfants sont bien accueilli, ils ont pu faire de cookies et le chef à cuit leurs cookies pendant qu'on mangeait.

La parking est bon, mais un peu séré et il manque une borne électrique.

Das Zimmer lag zur Straße, welche leider etwas laut war, ebenfalls sehr störend die Hellhörigkeit zum Treppenhaus und Flurbereich.

Location is fine. Close to metros and walkable distance to get some food and shopping done. But I don't think that value for money is there.

Normally, I search for the hotels carefully and but this hotel and I couldn't get along. 1. I booked 2 rooms for 4 nights (3 adults + 2 kids under 5 years old). So it cost me around €3,0000 and because of the bug on booking site (which has been acknowledged and sorted with me like in 2 minutes with booking representative later on), the 2 ladies on the counter were trying to tell me that I still have to pay for 1 adult additionally for the breakfast. City tax was shown for 3 people, but breakfast for 2. Obviously, something was off, but when I showed them how the booking is done, that I can only select room for 2 people etc, they simply wouldn't listen and they would argue for 20+ minutes. I was standing there with small kids waiting for them to hear my point. But in all fairness, spending good amount of money and having argument about the breakfast it was beyond my understanding. Again, more kudos to booking.com they got that fixed. 2. The actual breakfast. Value for money is not there. Like it is mainly pastries, salads, ham - but in terms of hot food, you would have only omelette / fried oily eggs. So the whole saga because of the breakfast that I had in #1 was completely useless at the end. If you are on the business trip, to have a sandwich, coffee and some fruits it will do the job, but with family - I would recommend to have it elsewhere, there are a enough places around where you can experience a better breakfast. 3. Colonnes (construction ones) close to the rooms - so you have to be careful while turning around. I injured my head when closing the door of the room. I was in the rush, normally you would expect an obvious obstacle when your turn your around, and literally met the colonne with my forehead. That moment I decided to write a review, that if next time people at the check-in/out counter will be more cooperative, you still have to be slow and careful how you exit the rooms.

the bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable. it was slightly better after asking the reception and adding the topper to the bed.

AA good stay in general, spacious room, double doors.

The mattress was a bit hard to my taste. and the quality of the blanket didn’t convince me.

An undoubted advantage is the great location. And that would probably be enough advantages.

The rooms need immediate refurbishment and the staff working at the reception desk the necessary customer service training.

Bath shower was very awkward. Bed was hard and comforter too heavy

It was a luxurious feel as soon as you stepped into the foyer. The location was perfect for seeing all of Barcelona's amazing architecture, lots of bars and restaurants within easy reach. The restaurant in the hotel was also very good, as was the rooftop bar for a delicious cocktail, and if you wanted a swim :) It was a nice surprise, as I was expecting this to be closed as not quite summer. I must not forget to give the breakfast a mention. It was delicious, lots of choice to suit everyone. Staff lovely and friendly. Great start to the day.

The only tiny criticism I have is the glazing in our room could have been better. There is a lot of noise from outside late at night that can be heard with the balcony doors closed. It would also have been nice to have a little bistro style table and chairs on the balcony.

Location is great, near to center.

The room was not clean . There was mold next to vantilation system, and we managed to get another room. However, the day before we checked out, we discovered cockroaches at the toilet. We took the vedio and complained, and we managed to ge half price refunded. It was an unpleasant experience:(.
