Café de manhã pessimo. A localização é excelente. 10 min caminhando da praia do forte e bem próximo tem ótimos restaurantes.

Café da manhã ruim. Sanduicheira quebrada. Ovos apenas mexido e horrível. Pedimos ovo frito e não fomos atendidos. Poucas opções! Cama muito mole e sem conforto.

Location is great, staff is polite.

I was traveling with my family including our 5yo. Despite the location being great, we had to leave 2 days earlier due to the room being dirty and lacking minimal higiene standards. The towels were old and dirty with yellow stains. The bed were also dirty. There was mold and stains over the furniture. The mini fridge had its door peeling off on rust. Upon complaining staff suggested changing rooms but tried to explain that was the new normal after pandemic and the reason why the rooms didn’t look like the photos. I actually had a “free upgrade” but I wish I could get the quality I’ve seen from the photos on Booking, I didn’t. The breakfast was disappointing as well. We arrived 1 hour before the end and the fruits were overripe, many things missing like the scrambled eggs, sausage, bread. The juice was mostly water and sugar. The coffee mugs, glasses and silverware were dirty and finding clean ones seemed like a treasure hunt. We decided to leave 2 days earlier and reported these and other issues but the person at the front desk said there were nothing they could do. They already had charged my credit card and that he wouldn’t do anything but offer me a different room. I called booking customer service and they worked out on a partial refund that is yet to be fulfilled.
