Gostei muito do atendimento e das facilidades oferecidas. O quarto era muito bom, boa cama, banho bastante funcional, roupas de cama muito limpas e agradáveis. O café da manhã era bem variado. Excelente. Os funcionários eram muito gentis, mesmo não sabendo tanto falar em inglês. Se esforçavam bastante pra entender e ajudar.

O problema da língua é grave. O hotel é grande e recebe diversos eventos de negócios. Apesar disso, são poucos os funcionários que falam inglês e isso acaba sendo uma barreira para um atendimento rápido. Geralmente preciávamos de vários minutos tentando explicar o que precisávamos usando tradutor no celular. Outra coisa que me incomodou um pouco foi a limpeza da área do café da manhã. Acho que por ser uma área de alimentação a limpeza deveria ser mais bem feita.

Se requiere más personal que hable Inglés. Tener un lugar donde comer cuando se llega de noche al hotel. No disponen de confiteria, ni siquiera para comer un sandwich.

We love this hotel. It is the best value in Beijing for the money. This hotel is our weekend getaway. Great breakfast and amazing staff. We recommend to all our friends.

Super clean and good hotel vibes. The large hot water spa is nice to relax. Good shower and comfortable bed. Great breakfast (try the fresh French baguette!). Good coffee shop with excellent coffee and croissant.

AV was not working well. Hot and dry in the room. Poor quality TV. No restaurant in walking distance. Hotel restaurant price is too high.

This is a beautiful hotel. We love it for quick one or two day outings when we just want to get out of the city. The hotel is beautiful and modern. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is amazing. It has a great indoor pool, billiards, exercise room and more. A great value.

The breakfast was the best buffet we have experienced in China. it was the perfect mix of Western favorites and Chinese staples. We were very impressed.

The hotel meet all our expectations. We were very happy. The rooms were clean and updated and the staff was friendly. We especially enjoyed the free use of the pool.
