loved being right on the water, convenient location, great facilities and beautiful well kept grounds. Enjoyed using the bikes, pool, kayaks, and ping pong table!

Super clean property. I love the set up . All furnished for long or short term stays. Loved the second bedroom.

No noise at all. Private stand alone pod like octagonal shaped cabin. Well stocked kitchen and great family atmosphere Not many places feel homelike anymore - this one has this great feeling No beach but awesome for fishing or boating

Stairs to cabin - they have on the ground rooms too no facilities such as restaurant No daily cleaning (extra $60 per cleaning) Needs updates a 3.5 - 3.8 star accommodations but can easily be 4 star with updated renovations such as new tubs and tiles in bathrooms, new mattress pads and linens, better pillows, and services to get locked kayaks after 5 pm. There's no one to talk to after 5 pm except for emergencies

Overall the condo was run down- needs paint abd sprucing up. Needs better kitchen supplies. A good knife.

What a cute place right in the middle of paradise. The bungalow is perfect and it was so convenient to have the laundry room and storage room downstairs. You can store your fishing and snorkeling gear without having to bring it upstairs. The boat slip is included so no worries getting the boat in and out of the water. It’s already in the water waiting for you. There’s a pool and a ping pong table (my son’s favorite activity here). The Reef is our new home away from home and our go to when we stay in Marathon.

Very nice place. Location is perfect!!

Loved location on Marathon Key, which is central amongst the keys and that it was on the water with its own marina and kayaks to use. There was a nice pool and ping pong table. Each unit is its own elevated bungalow facing the water. Felt like a treehouse! All the pots and pans for cooking and pool towels were included. Reception offered free use of bikes, games/puzzles, corn hole, and tennis/shuffleboard equipment. Each unit had its own grill and laundry machines. Everyone sits out by the water to watch the sunsets!

Not fancy but just relaxing and wonderful. Should know - the property is right off Highway 1 and adjacent to airport so you can hear cars and planes.
