Due to that we were not in the season, breakfast and dinner were not open buffet. There is a menu where you have to choose and you are served. Staff was friendly and super kind and smiley. The pool and sauna are nice and clean. Very close to the mountain paths and amazing view in the morning through the balcony. A lot of amazing things around to see as well.

When you order food, you have to repeat your food choices many times and every time there was something wrong/missing. Please accept this as a positive criticism, this is not the problem or fault of the stuff. Just teach them how they have to do :)

Sâmbătă seara au organizat un scurt foc de tabăra. Peisajul și vederea sunt superbe, inclusiv din zona Spa și restaurant. Personalul amabil, însă seara la cina subdimensionat. Cu greu găsești pe cineva disponibil sa comanzi o sticla de vin.

Camerele au o suprafața mică. Patul dublu este format din doua paturi unite și este incomod. SPA-ul de mici dimensiuni. Puternic miros de clor in jacuzzi care irita ochii in primul rând. Cina la restaurant cu atmosfera de cantina, deloc relaxant. Demipensiunea nu include decât soft drinks. Prețurile pentru vin cu pretenții de restaurant, însă atmosfera nu este una potrivita. Raport calitate preț satisfăcător cu indulgenta.

Apa din piscina mult prea rece

Great location and confortable rooms. Our family stayed here often while we were little, it was nice to come back with my own little one. Cute playing room, fit for all ages. PS: the normal double rooms cannot fit a baby cot very well.

The food at the restaurant could have been better, more diverse and less salty. Not very impressed by the breakfast either. However, I can understand the difficulty in getting things by car in the area.

be careful because the road until the hotel is bad. The view and everything else is great but the road is difficult. This is not a minus of the hotel, this is just a minus in general. Shame on us for not taking care of this, we want tourists but the infrastructure is disastrously

The food was exceptional - breakfast and dinner. They have an Relaxing spa and a nice pool for children.

Very nice location in the middle of nature. Friendly staff. Two excellent meals per day were provided. Large LG TV set.

The remote control of the TV was not the original one so I could not access Smart TV features such as Netflix.
