Top class hotel, top class facilities. top class staff who have passion for their work, made us feel so welcome and warm.
Oh, and how special is that tennis court.

This is THE best hotel not only in Amalfi coast, but along all coasts of Mainland Italy.

EVERYTHING!! The most lovely and kind staff ever!! The manager, the concierges, front desk staff, waiters, barmans, EVERYBODY felt us feel like home. There was also a person that spoke portuguese.

Our room - we suspect we had an upgrade in room 18 unless that is a classic room. The welcome and welcome drinks. The sundowners on the terrace was a wonderful experience. The boat trip was great as was dinner and breakfast. Hotel grounds and gym.
After the welcome drinks, which were lovely, we were told by the really good gentleman on front desk that the lady would show us around the hotel and to our room but she took us straight to our room with no conversation and that was that. So we explored the hotel ourselves the following day instead. Except for this the whole experience was perfect and we had just arrived from Le Sirenuse, Monastero Santa Rosa and Santa Caterina so it was a tough act to follow!

Service from the staff was absolutely impeccable, everyone was so kind and welcoming, not a single detail was missed throughout our stay. The room was absolutely beautiful, with stunning scenes at the coast from our private terrace. Complimentary mini bar in our suite was a nice touch, housekeeping came in twice a day and looked after us very well.
If your room is situated beneath the restaurant, you will hear the sound of chairs moving and scraping across the terracotta floor, even if you are two floors below. Made it difficult to sleep one night.

The hotel is beautiful in every way - stunning setting, thoughtful interiors, pristine and immaculate but still warm and full of personality. Facilities are excellent and service is impeccable. The team combine total professionalism with a relaxed and genuine friendliness. Genuinely outstanding.
Virtually nothing to dislike. Wifi could perhaps have been a tiny bit stronger / more consistent but was ok. Otherwise, perfect.

Sensational. Absolutely sensational. Every aspect exceeded my expectations. I never write reviews because I don’t have time. But there’s a reason this place has many reviews and still maintains 5 stars. The staff were just so sweet. We went during off season (first day the property opened) and they were able to upgrade us, each room is unique and the property had history, the staff are obviously so happy to be working there which made everything so much better

The scenery, the staff, the food, the tennis courts. There is a lot to like here. It truly is an amazing hotel and the staff are so hospitable and nice. The breakfast was the best we had during our honeymoon trip around italy. And the view is a spectacular accompaniment. We cannot wait to return at some point in the future.
Hard to pick things we didn't like. It is spectacular. However, it is very expensive.

It’s a small property and limited access to outside world is ok but to restrict guest with certain dress code “Trousers must be on” is complete ridiculous.
Swimming pool and gym hours are short.
