Auf der Rückseite des Grundstücks befindet sich ein großer offener Wohnbereich mit Fußbodenheizung und Falttüren, die auf einen großen Terrassenbereich und einen Garten mit Kinderspielplatz führen.
Im offenen geplanten Bereich gibt es eine hochwertige Küche mit einem amerikanischen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und einer Eismaschine, einem Weinkühlschrank, einer Kaffeemaschine, einem eingebauten Geschirrspüler und einem Backofen.
Es gibt auch ein bequemes Sofa mit einem 40-Zoll-Smart-TV mit Netflix und einen Esstisch für acht bis zehn Personen.

We booked this beautiful house to accommodate our family whilst in the area for our Sons wedding. We were amazed by the space and comfort that offered us everything we required. The bi fold doors were well used so we could create the lovely open space. It is a great location for the New Forest and coast. Many thanks Jackie for lovely welcome basket. . Thbasket

The listing promises a lot- a luxury house- but the property does not live up to this. The photos were maybe taken when it was newly refurbished? The reality is that now the property is very tired.. the leather seats peeling- mould in the shower & other places- sofa& beds have had the life kicked out of them and are grubby etc.
Cleanliness and how worn out everything is were our main gripes.
In the bathrooms the sink and toilet were cleaned- the shower not. There were crumbs on the dining room chairs… dog hairs under the table.. left coffee granules in the coffee machine which have caused mould in the machine.. headboard of the main bed in the main bedroom dirty… dog faeces in the play area.. the sheets looked dirty but I was assured that they were cleaned and that maybe bleach had been used which may have caused the stains, but the duvet and pillows were so old and used, it just gives one a feeling of „uncleanliness“ .
The carpets weren‘t hoovered and extremely grubby- You can see a shadow where people have walked.
The baby chair was dirty and ripped and the kettle falling apart. To Jackies credit she did replace these the next day. Communication with Jackie was good but we left a day early as we couldn‘t stand it anymore (and beforehand had nowhere else to move to!) and I asked for a partial refund which has been ignored. I only received a refund for the cleaning fee- after i chased.

We had a lovely time at Jackie’s property. Great space for 8 adults and 2 kids and really well equipped for cooking and socializing at the house. Jackie was really quick to respond if we had any questions. Location was close to beach, pubs, biking and lots of other activities to keep us occupied. Would definitely recommend for a family trip !

A large well proportioned modern house in the amazing New Forest. The open plan kitchen, dining, sitting room was perfect for our group. The grandchildren loved the garden play area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely property, situated in the New Forest with many walks a few minutes drive or walk away. Also perfectly situated for local restaurants and shops also just a short drive away. The house was large and comfortable and warm. My family loved it and even the dog enjoyed the freedom of the garden once the gates were closed, a really nice touch. Would happily stay again.

Nice house and pleasant area
We had a lovely week here in April 2022. The weather was exceptional which always helps, but the house was clean and tidy and mainly as expected from the images. The location was good for exploring around the area though you do need to travel for shopping etc if needed. All was expected though, looking at the map! The play area was a big help to entertain our children (7y and 18m) and there was enough space inside and out for the 7 guests to cohabitate easily. A few small niggles but nothing unexpected as things are regularly used so no fault of the owner who was excellent with her response and communication when needed. Information folder and a welcome pack was very well received as well.

Jackie was a very welcoming host and very responsive to messages when we booked at late notice for a party of 7, 5 adults, 2 kids. Her welcome was very warming and she left a lovely welcome basket of goodies for us.
The house was beautiful and incredibly well equipped. The garden is huge and a really safe space for kids to run around. My two (7 & 5) really enjoyed the climbing frame and trampoline. We would definitely stay here again, thank you Jackie

Nice Property
A nice property, with a well equipped kitchen. Comfortable lounges with log burner and all the tv channels which pleased my son and son in law. Good proximity to the forest and local beaches.
My only issue was we paid £50 extra for my daughter’s dog and the list of restrictions for her, were we thought excessive.
But all in all we would happily stay here again, but perhaps without the dog!.

Sadly not as described
We booked this house primarily because of the children's play facility. This was our last family break away before my son and his family emigrated.
I am also a holiday let owner . This was the most expensive property we have ever booked (Two thousand eight hundred pounds for 4 nights), and as such, we expected it to be top quality. Sadly, it fell short.
Most importantly the play area (the reason we chose this property) was too dangerous to use. (broken rotting frame & jammed door on playhouse. The climbing frame, swing and slide ustable and unsafe.
Other issues included
Bathroom not cleaned at all with dirty laundry left in bedroom.
Slip covers of dining chairs /bar stools grubby and marked. Sofa in kitchen dirty.
The decking area overall dirty moss growing.
Unwashed crockery in kitchen cupboards.
Carpet on stairs grubby
There were also a number of other smaller issues.
I realise our experience was at odds with all other reviewers however it was a premium let and it ruined a very special break away for us all.
Jackie the host explained it was a new cleaner, but the two hundred and fifty pounds refund given in no way reflected the disappointment we experienced. I hope things improve

Lovely house with a great children’s play area in the garden
This great family house Is an ideal base for exploring the area. There are a good selection of pubs in the area all a short drive away. The house is well set up for cooking meals at home with an outdoor seating area and a gas barbecue.

Beautiful House
Really lovely, spacious house in the heart of the New Forest with all mod cons and loads of space for a big family group such as ours. Everything of a very high spec and lots of useful extras (such as soap, dishwasher powder etc) which were very appreciated. Lovely comfortable beds and bed linen. Huge garden and plenty of parking for all our cars. Would highly recommend as a base for family gatherings to this lovely area.

Amazing property and Hosts
I have stayed at many properties, however we always end bringing the whole kitchen as in spices and other bits. This house had it all there and not only that Jackie also left a lovely Welcome hamper with Prosecco, bread, crackers and other bits.
This house was amazing cleaned to too standards, bbq outside! Honestly one of my favorite places to stay! The neighbours so friendly, our dog went through a whole in the front garden and ran away! The neighbours even the post man helped.
I will definitely be booking again.

Everything you need for a great getaway!
This his was wonderful for my family of 4. With 2 young children. It had all the amenities we needed and great outdoor space. A short drive to all you need. No hesitation to book.

Family time at tiptoe
Lovely property, very spacious, clean and everything you need there, we had two babies with us and had to use the car every time we went out because of no pavements outside property and narrow country lanes But didn’t stop ya going out, the only minor downside was the outside lighting in the garden, could do with a bit more, especially over the b b cue area as we like to cook a bit later and it got very dark and we couldn't see, but we had a fantastic time at this lovely house and would definitely go again

Tenby, Tiptoe
Very impressed with the property which was well up to expectations. Exactly as described. there were a couple of teething problems that were quickly sorted out by the proper owner who was easily accessible.
The large lawn and the bifold doors that opened up the back of the property were a real boon as we could keep an eye on the grandchildren as they played.
The house was very well equipped with just about everything we needed for an enjoyable week.
Would highly recommend.

Our second visit
was even better than the first time. The young children (6, 5, 4, and 3) loved the garden and the play area. It's flat, safe and most of all they're able to have fun. The accommodation works really well for all of us and there's so much to do and see in the area. We're booking again for next year!

Family stay for a wedding weekend.
Jackie could not have been more helpful throughout our stay and we were greeted with a huge hamper of goodies! The house is spacious, very clean and comfortable and well kept. We loved the large kitchen/dining /sitting room where we could all be together. Unfortunately it wasn’t warm or dry enough to enjoy the large garden with its great children’s play area. It is in a good location for exploring the New Forest. We can highly recommend it - Jackie has thought of everything to make the stay a great experience!

We all thought the property was in a great location for the beeches, the New Forrest and various attractions all within easy reach.
The property provided everything we needed both in the kitchen, utility and bedrooms and will certainly consider it again next time in the area.

Our lovely stay in the new forest
We where 4 couples and two toddlers, and the area was a great base to explore the south coast, there where enough pubs and restaurants locally to get an early bite then back to the spacious house for drinks into the evening, everyone really enjoyed the holiday and Jackie is always on hand to offer assistance and advice

Just as advertised and a great time had by all.
A big birthday gave us the excuse to treat the whole family (six adults and four children) to a week at Tenby. The size of the house meant we all had some space when we needed it. Everything was just as advertised and just as it looked in the photos ..... with the exception that the garden and play area were even better than expected. The 'welcome hamper' was a lovely surprise .... thank you Jackie! The only slight disappointment (nothing to do with the property itself) was the lack of roadside verges on the route to the 'local' which made walking there a 'no go' for us; others might feel differently. All in all a lovely week that everyone thoroughly enjoyed, due in no small part to the garden and play area ..... if the kids are happy, the grown ups are happy!

Great house and garden
3 generations enjoyed a week in this bright, spacious house with its large, safe garden complete with mini playground. Tenby was an excellent base to explore the New Forest and the coast, and a comfortable, well-equipped home to return to.

Couldn't be happier
The house was even better than described but the glory for us was the garden and particularly the play area. Our grandchildren 5, 4, nearly 3 and just 2, were out there all the time we weren’t out and about enjoying all the other attractions of the New Forest. Our daughter, who was over from Spain, said she had never seen her children playing so well and happily, and not needing any supervision.

Highly recommend a visit!
Jackie was the perfect host and has a beautiful property that felt a real home away from home. The welcome pack was lovely personal touch and much appreciated. Jackie was quick to reply to messages and had some great recommendations for things to do and places to visit. We stayed for my dads birthday and everyone who came said what an amazing property Tenby was both inside and out. So much space and light we felt relaxed as soon as we walked in the door. Wish we could of stayed longer! Tiptoe is a great base to explore the surrounding areas and has a lovely community spirit. We meet a few locals who were also very helpful. Tiptoe Green and the baby foals were one of our favourite spots for an evening walk. Go visit a d see for yourselves, we promise you will ot be disappointed xx

Second visit and just as impressed
We have just returned from our second visit to Tenby, and as previously had such a great time in this property. It has everything you could ask for, plus more. We are a 3 generation family and it catered for all our needs and the generous space made it comfortable for all. The two bathrooms made it so easy for us all to get ready in the morning with military precision.
The children had a great time in the garden with Jackie providing toys and games for all ages.
The weather was amazing for the time of the year and we were able to enjoy all the local beaches.
Thanks again Jackie for being the perfect host and for sharing your beautiful house, and of course for the welcome pack, it is such a special touch.
We are already looking forward to our next visit 😀�

Beautiful, clean, SPACIOUS, home in the New Forest
We just returned from a 3 night stay at this property. It was perfect for us! We were visiting family and wanted a place to "get-away" together and this was it! The layout is beautiful and spacious - so many rooms! It was also immaculately clean, with plenty of amenities and was also well stocked. There is nothing more that we could have asked for. Additionally, Jackie was a kind and open host who promptly answered all of our queries. I highly recommend this property and would love to return again!

A stunning property
We had a great weekend away with the family. The house is beautiful and has just about everything you could possible want there. Plenty of space for all of us and a fantastic garden with swing and playhouse for little people. In the summer it would be lovely to sit on the patio and have a BBQ I imagine.

Great house for a family holiday.
From the first communication the owner, Jackie, was very helpful and friendly. Went out of her way to make it a great Christmas and Birthday celebration for our family. The house is clean, spacious and very well equipped. The garden is large and great for kids. There are just a few really tiny things that would make it pretty perfect. Those being, a rack or shelf in the showers to hold your soap etc. And a small bin in the bedrooms. But like I say just small things. Thank you Jackie for helping to make our stay at Tenby such a good one. Happy New Year x
