the flat as a whole was absolutely wonderful, centrally located and with a nice balcony.

there was no soap anywhere on our arrival and only 1 very small shampoo and a small body wash, maybe enough to 2 showers. this is not in order when you pay over £ 1,000.- for a 3 night's stay.

Location was perfect. Access was great. Flat was as described and very quiet. Nice terrace with view over the roofs.

The flat was NOT clean and both shower and basin's drains were blocked, particularly the shower which resulted in flooding the flat which we spent 1/2 hour mopping. We had no tea towel or oven gloves in the kitchen and one of the bed was not made on arrival, which meant we had to look for bedding. The flat floor was dirty and tickets and prospectus were left on furniture from previous tenants. The terrace paravent (made of wood) separating us from next door's flat was falling off and completely insecure. Beds were very soft.

The location was superb! Right in the middle of Beaune! The actual apartment was lovely. Everything was modern and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was super well appointed with everything one might need to cook. Even spices, oils and vinegars. Things left behind from other travelers was much appreciated. The air conditioners worked wonderfully during the hot spell we experienced. The veranda was lovely. Highly recommend this property!

Beaune is a great town The location. Nice space Disappointing terrace. The photographs are misleading

Place was filthy. We spent the first hour cleaning it. When we complained nothing was done about it. One toilet roll for the full week. Very disappointing.

Great location in the heart of Beaune. Well set up kitchen.

The space and patio could do with some TLC and a deep clean. The patio had dead plants, no umbrella, and the partition between the next suite was broken so there was limited privacy.

The location is perfect, close to everything and easy to find. We stayed in the 'Duplex', is the smallest apartment of the two, with one room upstairs and a sofa bed. It has a little terrace too but no view. The flat is clean and looks quite new, it has everything to make your stay comfortable. There's a binder with great recommendations, the TV and Bluetooth equipment are great and the towels and sheets were of good quality, spotless.

The property is outsourced for rental and it shows. Before arrival we tried to contact 'Angelique' several times but with no luck (email, wsp, phone). The day of our arrival, as we were parking the car, another person called us and everything was immediately sorted but we did stress a bit until then. The person was very kind and helpful and even let us check in earlier, so it worked out very well at the end. As for cleaning standards, it's okay but it could be better (the dishwasher seems to be doing half the job so everything tastes 'salty', there were no tissues in the tissue box in the bathroom, the fridge could have received a deeper scrub, etc). These are details, easily to overcome with a good check-up before guests get in the house. All the plants in the terrace were also dead, which is again a detail but contributes to the atmosphere.

Excellent location in centre of the old town. Parking building 5 mins away. There is a final flight of stairs after the elevator so heavy luggage would be a nuisance. Saturday market just around the corner.
