Location was good - around 15 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes by car from the Villa. Pool was nice too, even being closely monitored by the security guards, as we were doing something wrong.

Apartment was dirty, including bath towels, dish towel and floor cloth, as of the bathroom mirrors, with no plastic bags in the bins and 2 dead cockroaches. After complain, cleaning was offered but would be done only after 3 days of our stay. On the second day in the apartment the oven with it’s broken button started to leak gas and we needed to stop using the stove for security reasons, specially because we were traveling with young children. Next day we allowed the contractors to get into the apartment to fix the issue. Unfortunately the problems weren’t bad enough and the live cockroaches started to show up everywhere. Fumigation was offered but obviously, impossible to have it done during our stay. Very frustrating time, will never return and don’t recommend.

The apartment is very convenient and comfortable, specially for long stays. It is well equipped and has a good location to simply go to the beach (Praia do Lord) or to serve as a base to explore surrounding places (Imbassai, Santo Antonio, etc). The communication with the owner was kind, thoughtful, easy and efficient. She was very helpful as to provide us with some tips on what to do in the area and help us fix small daily things.

Internet can get unstable when it rains and speed connection is terrible at night. It can be tricky to get yourself in the condominium if you don't speak Portuguese, as the staff doesn't speak English but once you are set then it goes smoothly.

Apartment is extremely clean with everything you need to make your stay amazing. The pool is beautiful and the activities in the complex is also great!

Far from town. It’s a good 15 minutes walk to the village and a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Really clean. Beautiful pool. Great beds and shower. Real luxury. Good value for money compared to the rest of Praia do Forte

Location is really bad. Nothing is close by, including the beach (600 meters walk). Since we didn't have bycicles, we needed to take the car for everything. And the car is parked 300 meters away in a car park. That they advertise this as 'at the beach' is really a lie. Every pousada in the village is closer to the beach.
