Big room with a convenient kitchenette and a lovely balcony. Even though on the map the location seems not so central, it’s extremely close to restraurants, funiculars and to hiking trails. There is also a little river running in front

Not a big variety of meals during breakfast. Our stay was not during a "season" but still.

Very friendly. Large room. Small kitchen inside the room. Nice balcon (no privacy on balcony). Coffee, Tee and bottle of water in the room. View to the next hill with ski lifts.

The breakfast was good. I would suggest to make reservations for dinner if you want to eat out as many of the restaurants get fully booked.

The staff is very responsive to requests. If you have kids younger than 13 they have a rule limiting the use of the indoor pool/spa to Wednesdays only. We did not know this in advance and they made an exception for our family. Also, there is a charge to use the indoor pool/spa area.

Room was spacious and clean with a great view of the mountain. Bed was super comfortable

Breakfast buffer was good, except for one morning where there was no fresh milk in the hotel!! The view from the restaurant was very pleasant and all the staff were helpful and kind. Hotel's only real positive were staff and location. At least we got water in the room daily.

Bed mattress for double was two singles slammed together, which I hate, and the pillows were awful to sleep on. The design of hotel poor, ski locker room far from garage and not central to hotel, it was dirty with no drainage in the centre for cleaning with water. Lack of lifts and separation of housekeeping from guest areas meant competing for the lift, which also broke down 3 times in 4 days! If the hotel was a 3 star and not so expensive I might have accepted the condition. But being a frequent traveller, (Gold with Bonvoy, Diamond with IHG and Diamond with Accord) I am used to hotel standards, plus 30 yrs travelling to this resort at La Clusaz as a native Frenchman, so I know my way around. It was disappointing, not family friendly and the hotel was trying to be something it is not: Prestige or 4Star!! Finally, the very tacky digital screen in hotel lobby with a film of burning logs raised high on the wall sums up the cheap, poor taste and miss understanding of what customers are looking for. No USB ports by the bedside, or international sockets. Our floor lamp kept flickering and had to ask maintenance to come and fix. The hotel has a lot to rethink in its offer and atmosphere. Plus our room was a considerable size and could have had a put me up bed for a child of 12, but hotel unable too. Finally parking limited to 2m in height under the hotel. Not practical if you have a roof box or skis on a SUV! I have a list of other minor points that made me unhappy about the hotel, but I think you get the gist.

Bed uncomfortable, complex looking more like a hospital than a mountain hotel, spa closed, breakfast not good and room not very nice. Also the arrival wasn't really welcomy

Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice.

The kitchenette was a waste of space. The facilities were not adequate if you wanted to prepare any food. The bathroom would have been better with a shower instead of a shower over the bath.

The room was large, there were robes, slippers and a little kitchen. Breakfast was wonderful but should have added some vegetables. The coffee machine was a nice addition.

It could not have been better. Great location, staff and room. AC worked great and it was dead silent at night. I closed the shutters over the windows/doors to my patio and could sleep in late. Super place for off season money.

The hotel lacks a little charm. The Hotel ski lockers are too small with no boot drying facilities.
