The property was clean and well equipped.

Close to the tramline, but this was stated and didn’t effect our stay.

We had a studio apartment on the third floor. AC was great, everything was spotless. Linen and towels included, also the microwave, stove and basic cutlery, pots, a pan. Cool design, the studio was much more spacious than it seemed in the photos. People mention noise from the street and while we felt the vibrations of the trams passing by it was all normal and quiet. There's a Zabka store on the ground floor, fast food chains and a bigger store just a few minutes away, tram stops all along the street and an amazing pierogi place (Mateczny) nearby. We walked to the castle, the city center and the Kazimierz quarter everyday by foot and it between 20 and 30 minutes. Great location, inside a safe gated community. The instructions to get the keys were very detailed and easy to follow.

Not much around the area at all

The apartment was clean.

Strange and unpleasant small in the stairway. It was overwhelming to the point of us covering our noses every time! The apartment also had a weird smell. No cooling on a very hot day. One fan for two bedrooms was not enough. Two bedrooms should have two fans.

Location was brilliant, a couple of tram stops from a newly opened pools at Zakrzowek. Amazing building design with a gym and free laundry in a basement.

No shelves in a bathroom so you have to put all your toiletries on a floor. Only tiny shelf for toilet rolls.

Clean, stylish. All kitchen equipement.

A little bit noisy because of tram. But it is more city problen and not an apartament problem.

Lack of AC - I know it was not in the description of the apartment, so please be aware of that. Noise from the street. Dirty fridge.

Beautiful and functional space, very clean great customer service, good and comfy bed.

Only one complaint: on the evenings the water was not hot enough for the shower. No problem in the mornings.

We were traveling four people, each couple had their own separate room, so privacy. The beds were very comfortable, everything very clean, the facilities in apartment No. 13 where we stayed were above standard and could have been stayed for several days. The house was also clean. The location is good as the Old Town can be reached conveniently by tram. I personally was not disturbed by passing trams, the windows seal well. The temperature in the room in the cold May was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

A little more difficult to hand over the keys to the garage and the room card, but have received an excellent step-by-step pictorial guide to find everything before we arrived. I wish every accommodation had a manual like this! Due to the lack of street space it was not possible to park outside so we used the paid space in the underground garage. The payment information with the account number where we were to send the money for parking came only in PLN. We would have welcomed the option to pay in EUR, as the SEPA payment was free of charge, whereas the PLN payment was a foreign charge. But we did not see this as a problem.

The location is nice, the room was clean, the quality was great. The communication with the host was without problem, the breakfast was also very nice. Overall there is not much I can complain about. Nice suprise was free water bottles, tea and coffee available in the kitchen room.

Two of our pillowcases were a little worn out but nothing to feel upset about.

Actually everything was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, the only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The design of the apartment is beautiful, everything was fresh and clean, it was a comfortable and lovely stay. It is also important to mention, that the location of the apartment is convenient, many shops around, futhermore it was easy to reach the city center either with public transport or on foot. Overall it was a lovely stay and I hope to come back again 😊

Good location. Within walking distance to Krakow Centre and Kazimierz area. Close (250m) to tram stop to get around city. Free private secure underground parking available. Nice places to eat and drink within walking distance. Felt safe for families. Apartment was good size, excellent facilities and secure.

No air-conditioning although it was exceptionally hot for Krakow and there were fans in each bedroom. Could do with more clothes hangers in wardrobe. Was quite noisy with windows open as trams pass directly on street below including late at night, however couldn't hear them with windows shut. No separate lounge area but both bedrooms were good sizes.

The apartment was very modern, Ikea style. We had lovely view on the nearby church. It is situated on the main street. Right under was a nice syrian restaurant and confectionery shop. In a very near distance are few groceries and a bus stop. You can also wal to the city center in like 30 minutes or less.

The bed wasn´t very comfy, I didn´t sleep well, but my husband didn´t complain.

Lovely and spacious, stylishly decorated apartment. The bed was nice and comfortable, and there was an air conditioner in the room (we didn't have boy use it though). Good location, you can walk to the old town or hop on a tram and be there in 10-15 minutes. Would definitely recommend.
