Casa estava limpa e organizada, tem todos os utensílios, cozinha bem equipada, nós levamos comida para o café da manhã, as instalações são boas, cama, travesseiros, sofá, vista, estava tudo perfeito. Eles dão roupa de cama e de banho. Como fica distante do centro, da para descansar sem barulho. Tem uma pessoa para fazer a limpeza da casa diariamente.

É bem longe do centro da cidade e das principais praias, não dá parar ir com crianças pequenas, o carrinho de golfe quase nunca está no local e quando precisamos não conseguimos falar com ele. A piscina não estava muito limpa, quando entrávamos na água ela ficava turva. Eles só trocam a roupa de cama a cada 3 dias

Tudo muito organizado, tem limpeza do apartamento todos os dias. Funcionários ótimos. A vista é muito linda!!!! Ótima piscina. Já fomos a Morro umas 20 vezes, essa foi uma das melhores hospedagens.

Gostei de absolutamente tudo! A anfitriã super simpática, passou todas as dicas para que a hospedagem fosse a melhor possível. O lugar é espetacular, bem estruturado e com uma vista incrível no meio da natureza. Sinceramente não dá nem vontade de sair de lá... rsrs . Sem dúvida vale a pena conhecer e experimentar.

The staff is helpful and does its best to help you in any situation. We loved bird-watching in the morning from the pool which has a wonderful view on the bay of Morro de SP's port.

The essential equipment was clean but old and in clear need of renewal. Something that is not stated in the description of the hotel is that the residence is in the middle of nature. This is nice when you want to see birds in the morning, but some animals and insects may also access the room, which doesn't have a protective web over the bed. However, we had a very bad experience when we came out of the room and found people cleaning the swimming pool without any warning or consideration that we still were in the apartment. Apparently, cleaners access the room from the upper floor, meaning that even when you close the door, you can still find people in your apartment without being aware of it.

The outdoor part cleaning could be improved. But the appartement was clean.

Place was clean with nice facilities.(comfy bed, proper kitchen). Good aircon. Staff were helpful. Location isn't ideal, but they have a golf cart taxi service from morro that was easy to use (whatsapp to request pick up)

Location is a bit out of the way, so a quick trip to the shops/restaurants wasn't so easy without the golf cart service. Some bugs in the room (ants, mosquitos) Wifi only worked properly in certain areas of my room.

The standard of the apartment was great, It’s really well maintained with all the facilities. The staff are great and the apartments have amazing views.

Location is terrible although great views it’s a long walk from Morro de São Paulo and very hilly on broken paths. The closest beach is only 100metres away but you need to be half mountain goat to get there the route down is dangerous and slippy The resort offers a golf cart transfer that goes part of the journey from the boat to the hotel but you still have a long uphill walk to get to the apartment Maybe the apartment could provide bottles water in the fridge on arrival because the closet supermarket is 10 minutes walk away (Downhill) which means uphill on the way back 😂 The Supermarket can deliver to apartment but to wait 30minutes for water is a challenge

Everything. Great location, great room and great staff. Alex and his team looked after us from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Room was spotless, cleaned daily and had all the facilities required for our stay. Uninterupted view of the sea throughout the room and even more so from the balcony. Don't be worried about the fact it is on top of the hill and you think it may be too much there is a buggy on hand to take you down into the village and bring you back anytime you need it both drivers were exceptional and very helpful. Also, most of the restaurants offer delivery so you don't need to leave the room if you don't want to.

We loved the relatively remote location with a wonderful vantage point in respect of the views over the Atlantic. The plunge pool was exceptional, especially after a hot day in the town centre.

We booked a very last minute stay here for 2 nights, but we wish we could have stayed here longer. The maisonette was amazing, together with the incredible view, the hot tub, and of course our host Alex, made the experience priceless. We read in the reviews before that it was a long walk to the residence, but it was better then we expected, (walking through jungle is not necessary) and in our opinion in a much nicer area of Morro de Sao Paulo. Also when you walk down you are at one of the prettiest beaches of the island in 10 minutes.

Apparently Brazilian mosquitoes love Dutch people, and it was easy for them to enter the house as well.

Literally everything was perfect! Alex is a great host, his team is outstanding and the place is beautiful!

Beautiful house, well located and maintained to the high standard. Alex the host makes every effort to make sure the stay in his pousada is nothing but pleasure. Wonderful view. Peace and tranquility but also plenty options for those who would like to explore the island. All one need to enjoy some quality time. The ad and pictures fully reflect the pousada.

Nothing to complain

The view is really amazing. Waking up with the view on the bay is quite something. Apart from that, the equipment in the apartment was more than one could ask for (whirlpool, TV with Netflix and co., well -equipped kitchen). Furthermore Alex was extremely helpful throughout my stay.

Nothing to complain about my stay at Altavista. I wish I could have stayed longer and enjoyed the beach downhill.

Alta Vista and Alex are amazing! We loved being a bit further away from the craziness of the first and second beach, but close enough to easily walk to dinner. In particular, we liked being halfway between the main downtown and the beauty of Gamboa beach which we went to most days! In terms of the facilities, the bed was comfortable, the AC was great, the jacuzzi on the balcony was amazing, and the shower was hot. More than anything, Alex was incredibly helpful. He helped us arrange transport to and from Morro, connected us with a massage, and with delivery food options.

Nothing major! A small area for improvement would be having shampoo/soap or other small bathroom amenities there!

poor service, despite informing the arrival, We waited the host Alex in the middle of the residence after 20 minutes walk soaked and wet because of humidity. No refreshment in the apartment no minibar. You have to order everything from local from the outside and it takes forever to be delivered. Internet connection is really bad. No particular attention is given. It is outpriced for the poor service. not to mention the noisy neighbors when you expect to connect with the nature and you hear loud music.

The view is excellent and the whole staff so very hospitable.
