We felt like home. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Questions were answered immediately and the check in was uncomplicated. highly recommended!

Christina is an amazing host. All the basics were provided that we needed. She instructed us on what to see and do ( we visited in the off season). Very comfortable, central within walking distance to everything, and as a bonus, two decks. One faces the Port of Cadiz and the other, the Atlantic. Thank you Christina!!

The apartment was in a perfect location in the old town, just a short walk from the train station. You could see the entire city from the two balconies. We truly enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again.

The location could not be any better. Close to the train station, old town Cadiz, cafes, beaches, etc. The apartment is well equipped and extremely clean. Christina met us at the apartment to familiarize us to the neighborhood and apartment. Check in and Check out was a breeze. The views from the terraces are outstanding. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved the apartment - and particularly the terrace with views over the port. The apartment was well equipped, very comfortable and right in the heart of the old town. We would definitely choose this apartment again should we come back to Cadiz in the future.

This apartment is lovely. The view into the port is fascinating. always something to watch. The view from the bathroom a stunning rooftop panoramic of the old town. Wonderful sunsets. The lounge is not only attractive but also comfortable. Our only issue was the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom which did cause us a lot of sleepless nights. To sleep with the window open meant the noise of the city disturbed our sleep. It was such a shame as everything else lived up to our expectations. We spent 2 weeks in this lovely apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed the large sun terrace, the home comfortsand the wondefful location. Thank you Cristina.

It was our first time visiting Cadiz and it did not disappoint We loved this beautiful ancient city with its cobblestone streets The Old churches and ancient castle walls. It was full of character. The location of the Apartment was perfect for seeing the old town and getting to the magnificent sandy beaches. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Most importantly a comfortable bed which is a deal breaker for me. Cristina the owner could be contacted at any time if we needed help. Cristina was waiting at the door when we arrived to show us around the apartment. It was well equipped with everything we needed and even included a shopping trolley which was most useful when walking around the old town to the supermarkets. There are two balconies. The front one is huge, with stunning views of the port and gets the sun for most of the day. It has an awning which covers the table to create shade if required. The rear balcony is smaller but has wonderful views of the cathedral and old town. We would love to book again for next year!

Cristina was so helpful and welcomingI Her apartment is bright and well-decorated in furniture and art. Perched above Cadiz with two terraces - the busy port on one side, and a gritty rooftop skyscape with the golden dome of the Cathedral on the other. Her compact, efficient kitchen leads to a lovely eating nook and the back terrace..The bedroom is big and comfortable (a double bed not queen), and the bathroom is great. Cristina offers lots of info about where to eat and what to see in the old city. Cadiz is a busy touristy city that still shuts down for the daily 3 hour siesta! Many shops are closed all Sunday. If you can't spend your tourist dollars, there are lots of pretty plazas and squiggly streets for getting lost (literally)!

Cristina made booking and our arrival at the apartment very easy. We were able to make contact via email and Whatsapp. Finding the apartment from the station was very easy along the main port road. The communal parts of the apartment block are very clean and feel very safe and secure. There are two lifts which are a little compact. The apartment itself was so comfortable we really enjoyed staying here we had all we needed, including. plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed. The only points of note are there is no oven (although my husband still managed to cook me a couple of lovely meals) and you have to go through the bedroom to the bathroom/toilet.We loved the views although unfortunately when we stayed we had very strong views so could only eat out there once. The location was perfect for us and easy to find especially after a night out with Cadiz being a maze of streets. It is also very quiet ensuring a good nights sleep. I can't think there would be any where else we would want to stay if we return to Cadiz

The apartment was only 5-10 minutes walk from the railway station along the main road. Despite this we still managed to get lost due to poor map reading skills and Cristina very patiently waited for us outside the building. The flat is homely with very comfortable furniture and plenty of space for two. It is very well equipped and there is a microwave instead of an oven. There is air conditioning in the living room but not in the bedroom. The shower is perfect. The terrace is huge with lovely flowers and plants - a good place to sit and watch the coming and going of the cruise ships. Cristina was very helpful with all the local information and recommendations,and was quick to respond with any queries. An excellent host.

wonderful apartment ,very comfortable with everything you could possibly need (including beach chairs) . I cannot imagine a better apartment in Cadiz . We will definitely be back

Excellent apartment, views and location.

Breathing spectacular views of both the marina to the front and the old town from the back balcony. Cristina the owner was very helpful with information on places to eat, shop and visit. Everything we needed was supplied and she even went the extra mile and printed and personally delivered our boarding cards. Lots of little kind extras included like salt, herbs etc. Plenty of kitchen implements, glasses and very important a freezer for ice cubes. Very comfortable spacious apartment. Wonderful choice of music cds provided also. All in all a great apartment and a delightful hostess.

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. Only a short walk from the centre of the town and the brilliant fish market.

Situated on the top floor and backing onto the Old Town, the apartment is very comfortable and has a large balcony overlooking the harbour. Access was easy. From the apartment you can be in the middle of Cadiz in a couple of minutes and there is a bus stop up the road which takes you to the excellent beaches.

If there is a finer apartment in all of Cadiz, I would be very surprised.At the front there is a huge terrace looking out directly on the port. It is prettily decked out with flowers and in the afternoon, when the sun heads west, there is nothing to beat sitting out there with a glass in hand, watching the ships come and go. Out back there is a second smaller patio with a quite beautiful view over the rooftops towards the cathedral. Inside, we loved the wide and airy open plan lounge with kitchen area. It is beautifully equipped with everything one needs. The bedroom has ample storage and the bright bathroom offers the same glorious rooftop views. We had a wonderful 12 days there and are already making plans for a return next year, only this time for longer. Ooops, I almost forgot the unbeatable location, just ten minutes from the exuberant market, with dozens of bars and shops even closer, and as Cadiz is pleasantly flat, taking in all the sights is never a struggle. Rubbish bags are collected from outside the apartment's front door six days a week and everything runs so smoothly. This was a fabulously appointed apartment in a great location on the edge of the old town so close to everything plus easy walking to the bus, train and ferry stations. The apartment was extremely comfortable, well equipped and clean and Cristina was most helpful. Amazing balconies. We stayed a week and could have stayed longer. Cadiz is a wonderful city.

We loved staying in this apartment. The location is excellent as it's only minutes away from a wide range of bars and restaurants, and all the life of the town, but being on the top floor, it's relatively quiet.It's comfortably furnished, with a good-sized bathroom and well-equipped kitchen and plenty of wardrobe space. Extras like beach towels, a shopping trolley and binoculars to examine the view are lovely touches. The two terraces are wonderful and having the choice of a port view or a city view, sun or shade, is a real bonus. We would certainly return to this apartment.

We stayed in Cristinas apartment for 18 days this June We were met at the apartment and everything was explained to us The apartment is very clean and modern on the 9th floor overlooking the harbour at the front and the cathedral from a small balcony at the back It is serviced by 2 lifts Beach chairs, parasol and towels are included There are 2 tv''s but we're not used and excellent wifi 2 beaches are only a 15 min stroll away the cathedral less than 5 mins It is a perfect location. We arrived by train having stayed in Cadiz before we knew where we were going but the apartment is so easy to find and is only 10 mins walk from the station Would I stay here again? Yes and hope to Cristina was trusting and was available if we needed her but all we had to do was pull the door behind us as we left An excellent host Thanks Cristina for everything Dave&Clare

Property in very interesting and excellent location. Clean, comfortable and with everything you would imagine you need. Wonderful stay. Owner so helpful and lovely.

Within hours of booking, Cristina made contact with helpful information about the exact location of the apartment, travel options from Jerez airport and the arrangements for meeting up with us. Unfortunately we missed our flight and, again, Cristina was very helpful and kept in contact with us throughout the day with advice about new travel options (now via Seville!). Cristina was waiting for us in the street outside the apartment when we arrived. She gave us a comprehensive tour of the apartment, provided us with maps/guide books and gave recommendations for activities in Cadiz. The apartment is just perfect, from the comfortable bed and sofas to the well equipped kitchen. It very much felt like home from home rather than a spartan rental property and was stylish throughout. But best of all was the HUGE terrace overlooking the port and the stunning views from the 9th floor. So I have no hesitation in giving this 5 stars, for both the quality of the service and the apartment. We loved Cadiz and will be back, hopefully staying again in Cristina's lovely apartment.

This is the perfect place to stay in Cadiz! Location is ideal; facing the port, you are only a few minutes walk from shops, numerous good restaurants (Balandro, the tapas section, was our favourite), the train and bus stations, the tourist office, and all the sights of the old town. It was also very easy to find upon arrival, which is always a plus! The apartment itself is very comfortable and quiet, and is well equipped with everything you could need, even binoculars to watch all the activity on the cruise ships which dock almost opposite the terrace! Obviously, the really large terrace which gets the sun all day is a wonderful spot for breakfasts or sundowners, offering panoramic views of the bay; the smaller terrace has amazing views towards the cathedral. Cristina was an exceptional host: responding to all our queries (both before and during our stay) almost immediately. Prior to our arrival she sent maps pinpointing the location of the apartment, and she also gave us advice and suggestions for restaurants, daytrips etc., she was also very accommodating in terms of arrival an departure times.. We would have no hesitation in returning to the beautiful city of Cadiz again, and this apartment would be our first choice of place to stay!

Everything in the flat was just as described, although do be aware that a 'stove' does not include an oven. Apart from that small detail everything else was just as expected. The flat itself is perfect, beautiful views, with the choice of two terraces! The owner is extremely kind, and goes out of her way to make you feel at home in Cadiz. She told us where to eat and what to see! I would definitely go back again, I think it would be hard to find a nicer place to stay..
