The location of El Medano is great if you are searching for a place which is not far away from the crowded parts of Tenerife by car but you want to enjoy a small town's beauty as well (beautiful beach, market on the weekend on the main square). Great to have the airport nearby especially if you arrive at night and you don't want the trip to your place to take too long. Very clean apartment, has everything for cooking (we cooked 2 times a day), also had our own parking place in a parking lot in the same building where the apartment is. Candelaria is a supernice host, I recommend the place to everyone. In the nearby town (Los Abrigos) we found the two best restaurant we've been to on Tenerife, one is portuguese (Sabor Portugues) and another one is south-american (Arepera Gocharepa) cuisine.
If you are a light sleeper, sometimes you can hear the road traffic at night. However, the accomodation is so great that you don't want to miss it just because of this. Bring earplugs just in case. We also read reviews about the noisy airplanes before we arrived, but that was not an issue.

The host was super helpful and friendly. She bought us some drinks and food when we arrived; so sweet!!!! Also the apartment was very nice. It had everything we wanted :)

The location was perfect.
The town El Médano is away from all the usual crowd, still everything you need is close by - beautiful beaches, hiking places, restaurants.
The house itself is equipped with everything you need.
Candelaria is very helpful host, she answered all our questions. There was a problem with keys on our first day of stay, she helped us in no time and solved the issue.
I highly recommend this accomodation.

Candelaria was the perfect host: she Is super kind and allowed us to check-in earlier and She kindly explained how to use all the facilities of the house. The kitchen Is very functional, there's everything you need for cooking and Candelaria also provided breakfast and coffee and also a few extra towels for the beach (great, because I forgot mine!). The house was extremely clean and She also left a few masks and cleaning gel. The house is spacious and it's nice to have a little garden where to chill out. Internet connection Is very fast and we never had troubles, which is great since we were working all day from there. Great value for Money and good welcome, I'd love to be her guest again!
The house was not very bright and there were some construction work in front of It, so at times It was a bit noisy

The property was very well located and exceptionally clean. We were three people and there was enough room for everyone, and Candelaria was a very attentive host, overall a very good experience!

Way better than expected! such a cute place. perfect location, spotless clean. we traveled with a baby and there was all baby amenities prepared for our stay free of charge. we would stay again.

The owner is lovely, the apartment is super clean and 3 minutes walking from a beautiful beach and lots of supermarket. It's super equipped. We stay here everytime we come to Tenerife.

The location is perfect, and the apartment is super clean and pretty new and modern. Having a parking spot is also a massive plus in a place like El Médano

Really nice host. She welcomed us with welcome snacks, fruits, drinks... really nice of her. We were with young baby, so she also prepared everything for him (bed, bathtub, towels, chair...). Apartment is really nice and you've got everything you need.
Only bad thing is that is at the main street, so you hire noise from traffic (but we didn't mind) and El Medano is near aeroport so you hear aeroplanes. But town is reall lovely.
