Location was great, since it was near the beach. Hotel has also good AC.

Where should I start... First, name of the hotel on booking is not the same as actual name of hotel and finding it using google maps is problematic. The hotel is OK but it is not a 4-star hotel. The rooms and the hotel are not clean as they should be. Facilities are quite beaten up and need renovation (long past due). Shower does not have door so you could easily make a flood in the bathroom since it does not have good drainage. The sheets are not changed daily as well as bathroom supplies. The beds are horrible to sleep in since you can feel every spring inside the mattress. There is a lack of variety in the buffet. They charge parking 15 euros a day, which would be fine if it is not a street parking without any security. For many things they ask for a deposit such as pool towels ( 20 euros) and parking ramp remote (40 euros). The staff is not very helpful. E.g. the hotel has pool table, but the lady at the reception did not know how we can use it ( it is not free for use). The drinks are not included in the half board. Overall, would not recomend it. This is not a 4-star hotel and it is overpriced.

Excellent property fantastic staff.

There was plenty of choice at breakfast and there was always an empty table. You could eat inside or out. The location is straight out on to the beach front.

There was some huge wall lights that I can only desctibe has headlights that were ridiculously bright. There was a lift but as we were on the top flor we were constantly queuing for the lift up or down. 2 lifts is not enough for the amount of people in the lift and they are very small.

Everything especially the friendly efficient reception Sylvia and Julie and team. Location is fabulous and a car park at the side. Nothing is too much trouble. We stay regularly here.

Black beetle in the bathroom. Sewage not maintained. Cleaning personnel stole money from us, more exact 200EUR stolen from the room at the end of our stay at the hotel. We reported it, and the personnel in the reception did absolutely nothing to investigate it. Poor service.

Everything was excellent.

Fab location. Lovely pool and outside areas. Lift to promenade and beach. Good food, nightly entertainment, great staff. They even had a bookcase of books when i ran out.

There was nothing we didnt like

Breakfast was buffet style and excellent choice. Our room was spacious and clean although soundproofing wasn’t great but this wouldn’t stop me from returning. Dinner was good and even the most fussy eater would find something Location was fabulous, lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance and a short walk to the marina. They even have a lift to take you to the promenade.

Soundproofing but I realise it’s an older hotel so not much can be done. It’s just your luck who you get next door.
