Nice view of the sea, friendly staff, large and comfortable room, hotel pool, varied selection of food for breakfast, hotel restaurant located on the beach.
More vegetarian dishes for dinner, a little bit complicated parking, but receptionist helped us.

Gorgeous views over looking the sea, lovely swimming pool/ right on the water which in Neum is a must as the public beach is overcrowded. Quiet location but near shops/ bakery/ mini supermarket
As others have said:
- breakfast is very underwhelming for this kind of hotel. We only ate once and then went to the bakery across the road instead delicious (and cheap!) pastries.
- the ladders going to the beach: one at the end of the platform in particular is completely rusted / we cut ourselves multiple times on this!
Serious hazard with children!

These negative reviews are not fair. Just read a little better what you get in the price when you book a room and that's it. It may not be fair that the sunbeds on the beach are not included in the price, but no one was deceived, everything was explained nicely. The staff is kind, even too kind. From reception to the waiters and cleaning staff they are all so so good. They don't give up on any problem until they solve it. The hotel is clean and constantly smells wonderful from the entrance. Everything is very clean. The price of the dinner is ok considering the prices in other restaurants. We were afraid of the owner, considering the comments about him, but we didn't even see that man during our entire stay there, we had no need for it, so I really don't understand these negative reviews about him. 😁😁 We will recommend this hotel in future.

The Hotel is really comfortable, clean and everything looks really new and high class.
The private beach is a good opportunity to spend relaxed and calm days at the beach without too much people around.
The staff at the reception is really helpful, professional and kind. They even helped us to book bus tickets back to Sarajevo.

Location of this property is excellent and the staff are so kind and lovely. During the stay and before we even arrived they were so helpful with answering questions and organising taxi transfers for us. The rooms are clean and tidy with all you would need for a nice beach stay in Neum. The private beach offered by the hotel is excellent to stay away from the busy crowded beaches of Neum. I would stay at this hotel again! Close by to all! The pool area is also very well equipped with a warm shower and panoramic views.

Great location, clean room and helpfull staff, especially gentlman working at the reception I believe his name is Davor. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday near the sea. Take the sea view room it's worth it.

Location was good, breakfast was ok, but maybe you should consider that there are gest who are vegan and vegetarian. Room was comfy and clean.
Garage of the hotel should be payed....
a chair on the hotel's beach is charged for hotel guests, also really repulsive thing... in the restaurant nowhere are written prices of the meals and drinks...also there is not written a daily meal offer, to know what to expect that day for lunch/dinner....
Could be a nice story, but we won't come back.... price we payed was much more than we got.
