Good breakfast. Rooms are ok, quiet with good wi-fi.

The shower could be better.

Spacious Room, very confort bed and great location. The restaurant had a buffet style meal every day and it was a good price and good food.

I did an upgrade (at booking website) to a room that supposed would have better bed linen, it was even specified the brand of the linen but it was a not the ones mentioned it was average ones and the toileteries as well were average. The bathroom was small and old.

5th floor room toilet got blocked twice disgusting this should never happen in a 4/5 star hotel

The hotel sadly is not very well maintained, the toilets were getting clogged or the water stuck, the AC was leaking, the soap holder in the shower was broken and couldn't hold anything and the shower head itself was so full of calk, it felt like you got sprayed with the firehose. The AC and the fridge were incredibly noisy so sleep was not easy.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. From check in to check out the reception team is more than welcoming and pleasant. Especially the young woman upon check out at 7am on Wednesday morning. She was delightful, personable, friendly, pleasing, and professional. She truly made my experience top notch. I will praise this hotel forever because of my interactions with her.

The rooms are less than desirable. The photos are beautiful, however this is not exactly what you will receive when you arrive. The hotel is well decored but the rooms need help.

Great breakfast, fantastic location, amazing bed (and bedroom in general), awesome staff. Staying by Savassi is the best option in Belo Horizonte.

did not get room that was advertised. paid far more than needed just to get jacuzzi in room and got a regular room. did not get compensated for error. said it was booking error not theirs. The rooms next door were under construction so my bride to be and I could not enjoy intimacy without drills, saws and such running all day. I chose this property as I was first there in July and got good value and great staff. This booking was overpriced and I did not get the jacuzzi in the room. I also accidentally left my new matching bracelet on top of my suitcase and when I came back to room, it was gone.

Very large room that was U.S. business class in size, not standard tourist quarters. The location was convenient, near Praca da LIberdade, although it was a bit noisy (although it did quiet during the overnight).

The breakfast was good, but not great. The fruit selection was very good and delicious, but the breads and pastries were dry. Fitness room and sauna were a bit small and simple.

Great location, Friendly and helpful staffs!!!

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and will continue to do so in my future stays in Belo Horizonte. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming, the rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. I stayed for about a month for work and I have read complaints regarding the WiFi, however I had no issues with the WiFi at all while staying. The hotel restaurant is superb, from breakfast to lunch and even dinner. Everything I ate there was absolutely delicious.

This is not the hotels fault, however my bedroom was facing two new buildings that are under construction and there was constant noise from early in the morning to early in the evening almost every day. There is also a middle school with screaming children all day long which I could hear inside my bedroom. Again, not the hotels fault, but something to be aware of when booking.

The place is well located and clean. Their staff was very helpful and attentive to details.

Everything was great.

Horrible hotel, there was a power outage and the hotel had no power generator. I spent the whole night with no power and the emergency lights of the property were not even working. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Avoid!
