Very good shower

Decor, lack of any kettle , bed sheets old and rough, duvet small and not warm....generally like a hostel but hotel prices

There was no buffet breakfast, no toiletries in room. I arrived late afternoon to a strange city, with no toiletries due to airport regulations.

Location was excellent in the suburbs of Bremen. No meals as restaurant was closed.

Even though advertised with restaurant - it was closed for staffing reasons. Also there was never anyone at the reception/checkin.check out desk. We had a drop box for the key when leaving and fortunately had a friend somehow get the key for our late evening check in other wise we have no idea where we would have been able to stay the first night.

Location to my sons football practices and games were great. Staff were flexible when we needed to do laundry a d stay more nights.

The staff were extremely friendly, polite, helpful and bi/multi lingual so communication was never a problem. My room was clean and cool despite the high temperatures. Breakfast buffet was very good, plenty of variation and the staff always on hand to help. Also the parking is free and secure so felt happy leaving my motorcycle there and using the local bus service that operates directly outside the hotel. I think this hotel is great value for money and thoroughly recommend it.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. I was on the top, third floor so had stairs to climb, so I guess if you have mobility issues please let them know at time of booking and you will be catered for on the lower floors.

Clean. Comfortable.
