Nicely appointed 40 sqm unit, large wrap around bakcony where we ate meals, stupendous view of the nearby mountains, large high-quality bed, everything organized well and functional in the apartment.

Nice property, quiet place, clean room, comfortable bed, everything you need. There is a bus stop next to the hotel which will take you to zillertal arena. If you want to go to Mayrhofen it will take you 10min walking to the train station where you can take either a bus or a local train (ca 10min). The property is located in Zellberg, not in Zell am Ziller (for taxi drivers it apparently makes a big difference in terms of price). I arrived earlier, but was settled with no problem, which was very nice. But better inform the hotel what time you arrive.

No breakfast, it was very disappointing, as the property is located a bit far from everything. The room has a small kitchen, but it’s not convenient. Might be there is fresh bread delivery, but I was not offered one. The room could have been less busy with old furniture and more modern, but it was not so crucial. Other than that, no complaints.

Friendly and helpful hosts. Clean, cosy, well decorated apartments with all required utensils and conveniences. Even the knives were sharp, which is really rare))) Free soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion added to the positive impression. A clean nice sauna and a steam bath in the basement with no limitation to use. At the same time we felt like we were alone in the house - very quiet, existence of neighbors could only be identified by cars at the parking or light in the windows. A ski bus stop in front of the apartments is a plus, though we did not use it, as we had a car - parking at the lifts is fee. Pity, we had to leave earlier, as we enjoyed our stay very much.

A tap in the kitchen is better to be fixed, as it screams when opened.
