staff was nice, pool area is beautiful, near to a beach

the budget room is the worst place I’ve ever stay I guess. since it’s right under the roof and there is no ac you feel like in sauna, there was no a proper mattress (it was “made” of layers cushions and a plastic thing), it’s all done from super cheap materials, so instead of proper walls it’s just play wood and drywall - you can hear everything like if it was in your room, window is not closing so mosquitoes come in, shower and toilet were full of hair - disgusting!!!

The place is a complete disaster but the woman from the reception is nice. The owner rude and greedy

The pictures were taken years ago, the room is not in good condition, old, dirty and smells bad and got allergy from it... I cancelled after the first night (came late and didn't have time to look for another place) and they refused to refund.

the owners were really nice. the rooms are good and get the value of the money.

I loved staying here. The pool view was fantastic, overlooking the entire bay. A good location for completing a program at Samma Karuna. and the staff were friendly - especially Pinky on reception who was very helpful and did her job well.

The pool needs more cleaning, but others than that, it was a great stay.

They have to buy new towels, bedding, etc + repair plumbing equipment. It's not too much money to be invested but it's important. Very strange that they don't understand that.

the bed was awful the room was not clean at all, and apparently under the bed has never been cleaned no moscito nets and too strong a/c wifi not working at all in the room which is very basic. everywhere in the island have very good wifi. shower had only hot water in very soft low water stream which made it too long to fill out a bath for my daughter i heard termites behind thew walls and saw little piles of wood crumbs that termites leave when they eat the floor apparently i payed way too much and even more than the bigger rooms that had kitchens. on the plus side they have a nice pool

I had an AMAZING stay here. The room was clean and perfect for relaxing. The room is huge and the views from the window and balcony to the pool were nice. The outdoor bathroom was also a special feature and it still felt quite private. The location is great too with many local eateries close by. The staff at the resort are all so lovely too including everyone at the front desk and the person running the resort (Kai). He helped with arranging transport to my next destination. He also dropped me off at the pier in the morning for a small fee and helped me locate the right ticketing booth. So helpful! If I were to visit Koh Phangan again, I will be coming back here.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. A great location with a 7/11 just cross the road. The design and layout is in a way that provides very comfortable and private feel.

when we arrived, we were told, one of the booked room wasn‘t available (they had a walk-in guest, maybe true and just bad luck, but I don‘t believe it as we booked at 9am). The room offered instead was a poor substitute: old, smelly, not good working aircon … . In the other room they had to repair the bathroom, means we couldn‘t use the bathtub/shower the first day. As compensation we received a 50% discount for the massage place, means we had to pay additional money as compensation. I understand, we all had 2 difficult years, but that was by far the poorest customer service I had in many years.
