Wonderful small flat with everything necessary, small terrasse, perfect private parking. Not far from the centre of the Village, but far enough not to be loud. Very nice persons, very helpful, absolutely no problems

I stopped in Chiavenna on my way to St. Moritz, cycling from Milan. Marco, the owner, is also a cyclist. He was so welcoming when I arrived. That’s what made the whole experience so nice: the human aspect. This is a perfect place to stay, if you need a good night rest.

Very helpful and friendly host. Nice apartment, small but as expected. Good location, parking, patio and general facilities.

Kitchen equipment needs updating - e.g. pan handles loose, and a couple of unusable cupboards that should be fitted in the kitchen, not left in the corridor.

The property is a 3 minute walk away from the city centre at a quiet place. Everything has been perfectly clean. The bathroom is spacious and sports even a wahshing machine. The bedroom is not very large, but there is a lounge included with TV, kitchenette, coffee maker, dishes, fridge... It is basically a whole small apartment. And you get to use the covered patio in front of the room: perfect if you bring home some ham, cheese, salami, olives and a bottle of wine; sit outside in the evening and savour the delicacies.

Wifi signal was very weak.
