Reception charged extra during checkout just because there was some food spillage on the bed sheet.

Clean bedding and towels, balcony was nice. Hotel was clean.

Manager was a bit rude which wasn't pleasant.

The room was pretty good with balcony and bathtub facilities. Amenities were all there and breakfast was sublime and perfect. No issue with the room itself.

The overall experience with the check-in and check-out was just awful, the reception desk was not aware of our arrival since the guy was not available and it took a long time to get ourselves get in the room. I asked for a half an hour extension at checkout as we came late in the afternoon but was profusely denied. Overall attitude was not very welcoming and made us a little uncomfortable. Don't know if the good reviews only came from foreigners or not. It happens a lot in this country. The staffs and management should focus on keeping us local guests feel welcoming too. Not sure if I would visit again.
