Beautiful villa with amazing views. The pool was the highlight for us all, just stunning, deep enough and long enough that kids could swim and dive as much as they wanted while the adults enjoyed the infinity views. The kitchen is well equipped and very well laid out, with fabulous eating areas inside and out. Gardens and tennis court loved by all ages, our 6 year old especially enjoyed picking the lemons. Location of the villa is brilliant, we had day trips to Monaco, Italy and the amazing coastline. Local villages are all very pretty. The only downside of the holiday was the insects, afraid we all got eaten by the local mozzies and large horse flies but we would all love to return to this lovely villa.

Le Neroli is a beautiful property - possibly even better in reality than the photos suggest. Perfectly appointed and combining the best of Provençal architecture with modern tech and home comforts, we couldn’t have asked for more. We had a super time. The views are to die for and the infinity pool bliss for an early morning swim or simply soaking up the views of the hills down to the coast. Tennis, pétanque, table tennis and a great cinema room kept us entertained when not enjoying the pool. The property manager Ruth was first rate - charming and efficient. She looked after us superbly - nothing was too much trouble - when the washing machine broke we had a replacement fitted and working within 24 hours! We also sampled the skills of Michon, the recommended chef who looked after us one evening for a sumptuous family meal - a real treat. And all set in the most beautiful surroundings - Tourettes, Vence, St Paul and down onto the coastline. Simply stunning. A wonderful way and place to escape for the summer break. We will return.

Incredible villa, very high standard, has everything you could want and more. Communication and support from property management was first class.

This is a beautiful property, recently renovated to perfection. The situation is stunning, with a view from high up that stretches all the way to the sea. The property is spacious and well laid out, so that our group of 8 never felt on top of each other. The pool and tennis court gave us hours of pleasure. And the AC in the bedrooms was much needed and appreciated during a heat wave. The two master suites are on the top floor, with amazing views. The other three smaller bedrooms are on the lower level, next to the media room, which stays cool all day and has a great projector TV with lots of DVDs to choose from. Each room has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with great hot water and towel warmers. The beds were all very comfortable, and the linens and towels were high quality. The main floor includes an office with reading chaise, living room with two couches and fireplace, dining room that seats 10 comfortably, large kitchen, very well stocked, and laundry room. There's also a lovely table to eat on out by the pool, in the shade, plus electric barbecue for grilling. Ruth, the property manager, greeted us on arrival and gave a thorough tour of the property. She was very helpful throughout the week. And we made the brilliant move of hiring Michon, a wonderful local chef that Ruth recommended to us. Michon was a real treasure, and prepared five delicious dinners for us, with leftovers for lunch! Since rentals start on Saturday, and many places close early on Sunday, we recommend stopping for groceries on your way to the house. We highly recommend this villa.... it's beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches throughout. Enjoy!

From initial info gathering after deciding to rent all the way to check out was 5+ stars. My family of 8 from the USA was looking for a country home where our French mother could feel back at home and where we could spend quality time eating, laughing, planning our day trips, etc....and we got it! Pre-Arrival- The whole team is phenomenal. Recommendations for local activities, restaurants, etc...all nicely packaged up and sent early on for planning. So appreciated! Arrival - a breeze! Heading up from Nice you get a taste of the local villages and after passing through the quaint small town of Tourrettes-sur-Loup, you head up to get a beautiful view from above of your local village! Once at the house, you get to meet Ruth! Ruth is welcoming and a pure joy to chat with and learn all about every cool aspect of the home and the local village! We had a couple of questions during our stay and Ruth was close by and immediately answered. That house is in great hands! The house ...amazing! The upstairs rooms have unbeatable views! The downstairs rooms head out to the most beautifully manicured garden of lavender, lemons, rosemary and more! I will say that our family can be a little particular about the bathrooms, cleanliness, etc., and this place exceeded expectations. Everyone was pleased! The outdoor area was our evening home! The views, infinity pool, large gathering area where we laid out our wine, baguettes and cheeses from our daily visit to the markets made this a true French experience! Just think luxury Countryside villa...beautiful tiles, natural wood beams, gardens, large gathering spaces in and out, doors that bring the outside in...the house design was obviously well thought through. On checkout, we had to leave quite early and not only was Ruth there bright and early to see us off but even scheduled a local driver to get the last of us to the airport! We had a wonderful relaxing holiday at this villa. It offered everything we could possibly need to amuse two families with 5 young people between us. The girls sunbathed by the super clean pool and admired the amazing views and the boys played endless games of tennis on the picturesque court. We barely went out except to enjoy picnics and swimming in the river up in the gorges 20 minutes from the house. Everything was very clean but as the villa is about to undergo a major renovation, some items were a bit tatty but nothing serious. Really lovely and highly recommended.

We had such an amazing vacation in the villa. Ruth was always available if we had any questions, she is amazing! It would be difficult to find another villa that really has everything one could need plus this great location.....and next year it will be even better! Thanks for hosting us!

We were two families, 4 adults and 4 teenagers having a wonderful holiday at the villa in October. There was enough space for everyone, great pool area with the heated pool and a stunning sea view. There was everything and more than anyone of us expected. Teenagers enjoyed swimming, tennis, ping pong and movies. We adults had also fun by the pool side and at the tennis court as the sun was shining for most of the week. Cooking was also easy and fun, the kitchen was well equipped. Six of us (three couples) stayed at Maison Des Citron for a week at the end of the summer, and despite the slightly less reliable weather, found the villa offered us everything that had been promised (and even more). It was spotless when we arrived – spectacular in location, and beautifully equipped. We paid a small surcharge for heating the pool, which was well worthwhile as it made it usable throughout every day – even when the air temperature had dropped. We will certainly be back in the future, and hope to enjoy this beautiful house once more!

What a gem! We feel so fortunate to have been a guest at Maison Des Citrons. The property provided 3 couples the space and privacy needed while creating an atmosphere of camaraderie that you can not find in a typical vacation hotel. The facilities were comfortable and the view unrivaled. Tourrettes Sur Loup is the most charming town with wonderful food, adorable galleries and shops as well as extremely friendly people. It was a perfect home base to explore several towns and cities in the South of France. We would recommend this property to ANYONE interested in a beautiful backdrop for a stellar experience! We can't wait to go back!

As soon as you arrive at the villa and take in the stunning veiw, you know you're gonna have a great holiday, the villa was really big and spacious and the facilities were really good, loved the tennis court and the table tennis table and the media room was really cool. But what sets it above other villas is the location, the village of Tourette was an absolute delight, if you're looking for a real taste of France look no further, great restaurants, picturesque streets, polite friendly people to practice your french on. A short drive will take you to the beaches of the cote d'zur, we particularly enjoyed Juan les pins where you can have lunch on the beach while working on your tan. The manager Ruth was very helpful and really helped to enhance our stay with her knowledge of the area.

Maison Des Citron is located in a beautiful area of France with easy access to the southern French Coast. The villa is spacious and light with the most stunning views from the main rooms. It is very private and Tourettes Sur Loup is one of many beautiful historic towns within easy access. The local town provides well for visitors with a good balance of local shops and restaurants. If sunny weather could have been guaranteed it would have been perfect! Having the use of a pool, tennis court & table tennis table was excellent, a wonderful mix of activities on site to counter the cloudy moments. Being British we should be used to that!

We had a wonderful two week stay at Maison des Citrons, which sits high above the village of Tourettes sur Loup, with breathtaking views down to the Mediterranean. We couldn't wait every morning to open the volets to see the view. The house is quite large with 4 bedrooms, a huge living room and dining room, a media room, and a well-stocked kitchen and laundry room. On our first walk around the grounds we discovered olive and lemon trees, and picked fresh sage, rosemary and roses. We also took a walk down to the village to be able to take pictures along the way of the perched village and surrounding scenery. The house is filled with light and very peaceful, and if you want something to do it is just minutes away in the village, which is full of shops, cafes, and restaurants. We felt very at home here and can't wait to come back. The added bonus was Ruth, the property manager, who lives in the village and was there at every turn to make our stay comfortable and happy.

The villa exceeded all expectations. The location was great; just a short walk to the town and a few minutes drive to Vence. There was lots for the children and adults to do with swimming, tennis, table tennis and a media room. There was a problem with the network and accessing world wide television but I believe this was being looked at by the owners. Wonderful local restaurants and markets.

We were two families living in this very beautiful villa for one week. We were met by Ruth, this very friendly and helpful host. She told us everything we needed to know, and even fixed a bar-b-q the week we were there. The pool is big enough for several to swim and play in at the same time. The veiw is stunning! The outside area is wonderful, the garden well-hold, and the tenniscort was just great for evening fun. The overbuild dining area outside was used all the time, just perfect. The villa is well decorated, has a big kitchen, with an attaced laundry room with an extra fridge and frezer, and washer and dryer. All bedrooms has airconditioner, lovely. The "bonus-room" downstairs with a little cinema was very popular among the big kids and dads! Great for a pause from the sun. So, thank you so much for a wonderful week in your villa. It was fabulous, and in a great and central location to "everything". Sorry about the late review. We hope to come back some day, but this summer it was aready booked the week we are going to the Riviera.

We had a wonderful stay at Maison des Citrons and I am sure that we will definitely come back. The house was just perfect, the views were stunning and we were blessed with a period of exceptional weather. We had a marvelous week and Ruth did a perfect job. We had a absolutely fantastic time. The house was perfect and we are sure to stay there again if we are lucky enough to find a week (or two!) which isn’t booked out! It is really hard to think of much that could be done to improve the house--it's really just fantastic and very well equipped. Wonderful service, Ruth couldn't have been more accomodating or helpful. Between the house, pool, tennis court and the stunning views, plus the wonderful town of tourrettes, it was quite simply the vacation of a lifetime.

We have just returned from the most fantastic week in the beautiful Maison des Citrons…we certainly didn’t want to leave! The photos on the website look amazing - but nothing compared to really being there - simply breathtaking! We were welcomed by Ruth & Jaren upon our arrival who showed us around the villa - what lovely guys they are - very helpful and friendly. We were very lucky with the weather most of our stay, with only one (very spectacular) thunder storm so we managed to enjoy quite a few trips - Monte Carlo, Ventimiglia in Italy (less than 1 hour drive), Vence, Nice and up into some stunning mountainside villages to the north. Of course we spent a lot of time exploring the beautiful Tourrettes sur Loup itself and ate in some great restaurants - 'Clovis' is very nice indeed. But probably the most memorable day was a boat trip from Cannes to St Tropez and on for lunch at 'Le Club 55' on Pampelonne Beach on a Riva Aquarama speed boat - what a day! Of course we wanted to enjoy the beautiful Maison des Citrons too! We swam every day in the lovely saline pool and sat out on the terrace enjoying the panoramic view while sipping some of the local wine well into the evenings (a vineyard in nearby Saint Jeannet has some great wines). We also watched a couple of movies on the amazing cinema setup. It was pretty warm most days, so we had a couple of games of tennis early in the day to avoid the heat. What a great bonus! All in all, we had an unbelievably enjoyable week in the villa and would certainly love to return - a week simply isn't long enough.

Our stay at Maison du Citron was magical. The house was a breath of fresh air-very clean and bright. The view from the master bedroom and private patio was worth the price of admission. Media room was a perfect retreat on a hot day or to unwind after a day at the markets. Would highly recommend they purchase a BBQ and some better quality patio table and chairs-but other than that the house is perfect. Tourettes sur Loup is a great village (ice cream was plentiful) and dinner at Bacchanales Restaurant in Vence was unbelievable. We also went to Italy's Ventimilia market on Friday and it was a great shopping day. Would also recommend a visit to the Candy factory, Florian, just 10 km from the house towards Grasse. We had a week in the Easter holidays at the maison des citrons. It was the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday I can remember having. The tennis court is excellent, the views sublime and the house is so well set out and comfortable that it makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in. It felt such a treat to have all to ourselves at the house the tennis, ping pong, a swimming pool and home cinema. We absolutely loved the media room, where we could all hang out and watch films. The place is so quiet and relaxing you can forget the rest of the world exists, but at the same time you are just a short walk away from a beautiful village. Our party had adults, teenager and children, and we all had a really great time.

We have now spent 3 separate excellent holidays in this beautiful modern villa in Tourrettes sur Loup and had the honour of being the first to stay there. Its beautiful central lounge area and dining room are spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spotless and well situated and the kitchen is large, providing all facilities. Externally, the villa offers an excellent terrace with superb views of the coast and the swimming pool and tennis courts are wonderful facilities, which are well maintained.Add to that the beautiful gardens and the pool table in the basement and you have to drag yourselves away for any site seeing or eating out. The village is endearing, relaxed and welcoming and the local area easily accessible and attractive. The owners and their warm and welcoming representative provide relaxed and helpful support. We would recommend this as the perfect venue for a relaxing ( and active ) holiday for all.

Our family had a marvelous time at this beautiful property. The pool, the tennis court, the view .... all are spectacular. The owners were very helpful with arrival information. ease of payment, etc. They also have a local contact who is most helpful and kind. The home is a great place from which to explore the entire region. We also enjoyed "down time" at the house, swimming, sunning and relaxing. The town is a short walk away for daily coffee and croissants. Restaurants are great. I can recommend this home without reservation
