Nothing could be better Host went beyond all expectations

Fully equipped; modern feeling in a vibrant area of town while also strategically located 8 min walk from Tain station and the roads to the main attractions in the Loire Valley. We never had any issue finding a free parking spot but it may be trickier in the summer. Host were approachable and helpful. Would come back without hesitation.

The water pressure in the shower and sink is very low.

The apartment was great and had everything I needed and things I preferred. Christophe was wonderful and accommodating. I've already booked for next year!

Communication with the owner in the lead up to our stay was good. He met us at exactly the appointed time. He was very helpful and speaks excellent English. The apartment is about 10-12 minutes walk from Tours train station so very convenient for transport up and down the Loire Valley. The apartment itself was very spacious and it has the added benefit of English language TV and Netflix. The kitchen was so well appointed. It has a lot of plates and bowls and cutlery. The washing machine worked perfectly, as did the dishwasher. We enjoyed having so much space. Other people live in different apartments in the complex but they has no impact on us. The apartment is on the ground floor and street facing at the front but there are heavy curtains which give privacy at night. We did not hear any noise from the apartment above. It is located in a very quiet street in what we would describe as the quieter part of Tours. There are plenty of restaurants within a short walk, but far enough away not to have negative noise impacts. The large restaurant area in the old part of Tours is about 10-15 minutes walk. Not only was the apartment great but Tours has quite a lot to offer as well.

It was well located. Had good facilities, cooking equipment etc. Very clean and comfortable, with efficient use of the space. Nice mixture of new facilities - ie bathroom and kitchen - and old style of the apartment.

it was a beautiful apartment. large and well appointed. very centrally located close to restaurants and a grocery story and sites.

parking S it was in the old town was a bit of a challenge, but we were always found a spot close to the apt.

Beautifully decorated, excellent location close to shops and restaurants, on a quiet street. Has a large kitchen and lovely little patio.

The introduction by the owner, Christophe, who kindly secured a carpark for us and showed us through the apartment on arrival. The apartment was beautifully fitted out with everything you could need, including a very well stocked kitchen.. It even had a nice shared rear garden space, but it was too cold when we visited to enjoy! The owner has very good taste in decorating, and the swing in the livingroom area was fun, and was not in the way at all. It was very easy accessing the aparrment too, being located on the ground floor.

There was very limited parking on the street, and short term paid parking in surrounding streets, until about 5-6pm, then it was free I think..

We had a lovely stay and would return.Very clean and a good balance of modern and traditional decor. Host was super helpful and the location was perfect. Kitchen was also very well equipped.

We loved everything about our host Geraldine and our apartment. The location is spot on, the deco is modern but all old features are preserved. We will be back in the summer when hopefully all the restaurants, bars, museums ... are open x well done to Geraldine and Christophe

Fantastic location and great apartment - spotless clean and quirky little outside courtyard area

Booking.com described it as having parking but it doesn’t and parking meters need regular payments and cost 25 euros for 3 hours so parking was a major issue but if you not in a car location is very central and main centre on doorstep
