Buena ubicación y aparcamiento

La cama incomodisima, muchas escaleras, el ascensor no funciona,el barrio por la parte de detrás no es muy bueno. El precio para lo mal que está el apartamento está elevado, por los comentarios he visto que la cama lleva mal desde hace dos años La cobertura es muy mala y no tiene wifi.

No me gustó absolutamente nada del alojamiento

1- la ubicación, Ronda tiene mil sitios para alojarme mucho mejor que este. Lo cogimos por estar a 10 min del hamman de Ronda, pero la verdad es que no es nada seguro andar tarde por la zona en la que el piso es un bajo. De hecho la vuelta la hicimos por el otro sitio. 2- la anfitriona no dijo ni hola ni adiós. Se limitó a ir corriendo bajando escaleras y escaleras. No se preocupó ni siquiera en si el día siguiente habíamos salido a tiempo. 3- la cama es del siglo XIX como mínimo, en el centro se hunde, he tenido que pedir cita en el fisio de lo mal que hemos dormido. Está totalmente hundida. La anfitriona en todas las respuesta dice que es la primera noticia… ya hay muchos comentarios diciendo que la cama es malísima. 4- no la dejéis engañar con que hay una cama de 90… la cama supletoria parece de juguete, diría que es para un niño menor de 6 años porque es de 60. 5- hay tantos payasos en la decoración que da malas vibraciones. 6-en cuanto a la limpieza, da sensación de que el edifico está abandonado, hay varias humedades en el piso. En la cocina no entramos pero el baño parecía no estar correctamente desinfectado.

the property is in a third subbasement, the lift doesn’t work. The kitchen was appropietly equipped, though everything was sticky. The shower had a very good water pressure, it flooded the bathroom. Don’t get me started on the bed, the mattres was sunken in the middle, we had a very uncomfortable night. We recommend: getting WIFI, changing mattress, taking down clown dolls.

unbearable stench in the staircase, stench in the bathroom, dirty, dirty walls, the owner does not care about the apartment, kitchen equipment bad, pots with falling off Teflon, broken cutlery, I absolutely do not recommend it, the service you have contact with in the apartment knows no other language than Spanish, very difficult communication with the owner. I have been using booking, com for many years but this apartament was worst what happened to me.

Location was okay and the instructions for check-in were detailed and correct.

The whole building including the apartment reeks of feces. You start your morning with a ritual of pushing the stench of sewage out of the apartment using a fan. The unsettling decoration that consists of clown figurines, owls etc and pictures amd paintings of horses, colorful and stained bed linen help make your stay even more uncomfortable. Watered-down soap and detergent, sponge that looks like it has been taken out of the said sewage and unknown crumbs everywhere are some of the special effects. Apartmant is on the ground floor and the window blinds don't go all the way down which can make you feel very unpleasant at night, especially because one of the beds is right next to a window. Never were we so happy to check out of somewhere.

It could have been a lovely apartment, once you managed to find it and gain access

I was sent detailed access instructions by WhatsApp. We planned to take a taxi from the station but was advised by the owner it was a five minute walk. On checking, Google says ten minutes, as there were no taxis we decided to walk. We are 69 and 71 and it took us 25 minutes. Finding the place isn't easy, a sign on the building would be helpful, I was concerned I was entering the wrong property. Finally gained entry to find the apartment is not on the ground floor as advertised, its on the third floor down, 51 steps. The outside doors require the key to open form the inside and the outside. There is a lift which doesn't appear to have worked for a year on reviewing previous reviews. There is a door on the bottom floor into an alleyway. We were initially pleased with the apartment once we got in. Two days later, the bulb in the bathroom blew, as did all the overhead lights. I contacted the owner who arranged for replacement bulbs, which the maintenance person left outside the apartment rather than knock on the door and assist. I had to replace the bulb myself. We were unfamiliar with the electrical system in the apartment and had to request more help to make the overhead lights work. The replacement bulb blew the fuses again suggesting there is a wiring fault of some kind. This explained perhaps why the second bathroom light had no bulb, two lights above the table, and the closed in light in the seating area didn't work either. So no lights in the windowless bathroom. Luckily we had a torch for emergencies. Contacted the owner again, said they'd get someone out Monday, so all day Sunday with no bathroom lights. I wasn't impressed with being expected to wait in for the workman to come on our last full day, I was waiting for a text with an update which never came, and neither did the workman. The windows in the apartment were all barred providing no emergency exit, the outside doors all required the key to exit. I consider this place to be...
