The condo had everything we could need! Comfortable and clean with the most beautiful Gulf view! The location was right in the middle of everything and the pools/beach access were amazing! We will 100% be back!

Fire false alarm with evacuation and did hear it happens often at multiple condos…on the plus side my kids got some great pictures with the firefighters and got to go in the fire truck haha

The view from our balcony was wonderful. The doors are fogged so it’s difficult to see the beach from inside

cleaning supplies were not available. Dryer took 4-5 cycles to dry one medium load of clothes. The towels were not absorbent. No access to a mop or any cleaning supplies. No coffee filters and only 2 trash bags for a week stay with 8 people. The cheapest toilet paper and paper towels were given for use. WiFi did not work for 24 hours and I spent several hours wasted on our wedding trip and vacation dealing with it. With a family I chose this condo over cheaper options because of the amenities for cooking. The very few pans and dishes available made it difficult to cook for our family.

not maintained, kitchen cabinets falling apart. all windows and sliding doors facing the beach have lost their seal and are clouded over so that you can’t see the view you paid for.

I really liked location and beach access.

a few things needed to be fixed, toilet would not flush, ceiling fan didn’t work, sheets didn’t fit our king bed. (bought sheets for the bed), needed things in kitchen like measuring cups, spatula, dish towels. it was a vacation disaster or anything, but we have stayed in better

We arrived to find the property had not been serviced or cleaned. Food in the sink and disposal, dirty cookware left out on the counters, used towels on the floor and counters. Used bars of soap in the shower and counters in bathroom. Sheets balled on the bed and gum stuck to a lamp in one of the bedrooms. Floor was covered in crumbs and sand. I called the service line only to be insulted with comments to the effect of : "are you in the right room?, are you at the right property?, did you receive notice your condo was ready?". I was then told it would 15-to 45 minutes to get a crew there to clean. It took four hours. Four hours after a 10 hour drive. I paid for this property months ago. I would think you could find someone to clean before me and my family arrived. I sent emails to the customer care group and the only response was "sorry for your inconvenience" replies. I expect reconciliation of some kind. The "inconvenience" was beyond accepticle and professional. I have been booking rooms in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach for over 30 years and have never been this disappointed.

the location was incredible!! walked right out our back door to the beach 😍. everything accessible and clean!

only complaint is water in showers went cold after 1 shower. took about 30 minutes to heat back up!

The sheets smelled like somebody else already slept in them, the faucet wasn’t clean, and the ring around the bath tub was black and dirty, and the kitchen floor was sticky.

Other than that everything was fine

Condo was too humid everything felt damp.there was a TV that did not work. There was the load of towels left in the washer that we finished.
