check in after 17:15; measly breakfast and watery coffee. spiders in the room - webs and a big one just on the side of the tv. small double bed and tea coffee water only for one even room was booked for two.

Very friendly receptionist, good information about restaurants in the neighbourhood. Very nice garden in which to sit after dinner.

It was easy to find. Parking was great. Direct access through your own door to the little garden area was brilliant for us because we have a small dog. Staff were friendly, welcoming and gave us a discount for a local Courtepaille restaurant which was within walking distance, very pleasant and dog friendly.

Through no fault of the owners there was a lot of noise from severs other guests playing music late into the night and with no real sound proofing it was very difficult to sleep. The pillows need to be replaced and the toilet needs a good scrub.

Location excellent, breakfast pretty good (if you managed to get a croissant!), room fine and nice to have French doors to outside space, very quiet. Reception staff very jolly. Overall everything “correcte”.

Bed and bedding rather strange, pillows could have been better.

Breakfast ok reasonable choice. Did not like the warning not to take any food away.

Bathroom was poor. Pillow was atrocious. Too small and thin. Room and bathroom in need of upgrade.

everthing was ok, but this is a working mans/womans location, not conducive for a family friend stay.

The front off house staff need to be a little more friendly.

I arrived early for the agreed 17.00. A sign on the door said it would 're-open about 17.15'. At nearly 17.30 I rang the bell- no reply till I was back at the car, then staff member appeared from back. No apology. Rather cold reception. Shower gel not re-filled. 'Garden view' was concrete wall. Curtain to patio window made privacy doubtful. Nobody about when I left.

16:00 Entrance locked for arrivals! Sign: "will be back 17:15". Waited until 18:20, then find the door unlocked. Unfriendly reception, tiny room, ... there is no "garden view" because there is only a back yard, separated fro a truck yard by a fence. The location might be good for a late arrival and an early departure (without breakfast). And for that your stay is way too expensive.

Really like the garden/doors so you can sit outside. Nice to have the option of a bath as well as a shower.

Make each garden area more private. Remove carpet replace with laminate flooring to make cleaning easier. Late check in although we were allowed to check in earlier.

Convenient location for Troyes and onward travel. Friendly staff and really clean. It is basic, however we wanted a place to sleep and the price is very good. We had no complaints. Breakfast was good too.
