The price - To pay double what we could have paid the day we arrived is annoying. I have written to your customer services via the app but no one has replied despite stating a response within 24 hours 🤷‍♂️

First class reception. Free parking. Close to a beach. I had read mediocre reviews about the restaurant but totally unfounded - we had an excellent meal, sitting outside on a terrace overlooking the sea - far more relaxing than the centre of Biarritz.

The hotel is over-rated. This hotel is associated with a beauty spa with swimming and fitness. If you don't use the facilities, you are paying extra €25 per person per night anyway (that's the entry fee for the swimming pool and fitness). The hotel said it's a "gift" from the hotel, but i feel being ripped off. If you come Biarritz for beach life and not use those facilities, you won't happy to be charged with this price. The swimming pool is 10 minutes walking from the hotel. If you imagine to sit by the pool and enjoy nice drink by the pool, you will be very disappointed. There is no refrigerator in the room (only when you request for it) , and no balcony. Price 230€ per room is too much. I think the reasonable price is 130€ considering it's 20 minutes walking distance to the center. I do see some senior visitirs. Maybe they are happy about the indoor swimming pool. I will not recommend any of my friends to stay in this hotel, sorry....

The hotel had parking which was essential.

We did online check in and then had to check in again. The bar shuts at 6 and the restaurant had very little choice so we couldn’t eat dinner. The walls were not sound proof so we heard everyone around us. Parking was limited, there was not enough room in the car park. The lights didn’t work in our room. The bathroom was very small and looked as though it hadn’t been given a proper clean in a while.

Walk-in Shower is a flood waiting to happen. It needs an extra shower door to stop the water escaping from the collection area.

Position, view. The stuff is actually very polite.

The room was very small for 2 persons, it looked like it is just the part of a bigger appartement. There were one more door in the room, locked, that are actually a door to the next room, and they have a big gap between the floor and door itself. You could exactly hear every sound that comes from the people in the next room. Not pleasant feeling at all.
