The room was nicely big and very Clean. The location is perfect and quiet. There was a small kitchen with everything you need to cook.

The appartement hotel is in a nice area near a shopping center and bakery. The room is big and you have a free parking spot. There is also a small kitchen there if you need it. 13 min to the dune and 15 to the beach.

Sometimes you could hear the highway which is near the hotel and in our room the mattress was just OK.

I got a room with kitchen that actually didn't work, just the microwave worked also the cleaning is very 4 days, I got some allergies with the carpet

The room was great and clean. It had additional cooking facilities and fridge which we did not expect. Staff were generally very helpful.

They did not replace or provide additional toilet roll when needed, you had to go to reception and ask for it. Also given the location has very few restaurants or bars in walking distance the hotel is in bad need of a restaurant providing evening meals and a bar.

Price acceptable in an otherwise very expensive environment. Still you may find cheaper locations searching among the local B&Bs. This accommodation is very convenient because of the 24h availability of the reception. Also the location, close to the highway is very convenient for a mall and to reach everywhere on the Bassin d'Arcachon. Staff is very kind.

Interiors are stylish and look like the cabin of a spaceship... it may not meet your taste. Breakfast all you can eat but quite ordinary. Not open to food intolerant guest.

Would have liked a few more available utensils in the kitchen. Shelving on the walls was sloping.

Breakfast was good but as expected. Room was ok but had trouble locking door. Maintenance man very helpful.
