Location is superb. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Room bed and kitchen so clean, endless cold drinking water is amazing.
Only minor dislike is Pool too hot.

Rooms are fabulous. Bedroom and balcony, kitchenette with full size fridge, sitting room with lounge and dining table, washing machine. Huge pool, very quiet. Non smoking property except in a couple of places.
Nothing much. One small annoyance the shower is over the bath and only hand held, no stand.

Location, price, apartment and facilities overall very good as a 2-star resort eg dining area, big kitchen with sufficient utensils, cutlery and crockery and a water dispenser, washing machine. Restaurant and gym available. Friendly and responsive staff.
Between the hotel and booking.com they messed up the change to the booking in terms of bed type. Make sure to confirm this with the hotel directly. Seems there is a lack of communication between the two on availability of particular room types. booking.com customer service were little help.
Bathroom in 102 is a bit mouldy. Also, there is a bath which is a bit tricky, even dangerous, to get in and out of as it set on a tile ‘plinth’ about 60-80 cm high and only a shower handle and no actual shower. So perhaps not good for older guests or younger children. But it is a 2-star hotel, so any criticism needs to be considered in that light and I will be staying there again in October.

Excellent atmosphere, nice and quiet on a great location. Just close to some nice warungs, bigger supermarkets and a main road to the beach.
The apartment was well equipped, daily cleaned and included free drinking water (hot, normal, cooled)

The friendliness of the staff and the location of the property were excellent.
The facilities in the apartment that I stayed in were old and tired.
Wardrobe and kitchen cupboards need replacing and the permanent leak in the bathroom needs to be fixed.
Management really need to invest in the actual property itself.

the bed isn’t comfortable, WiFi didn’t work, it was rather annoying since we stayed there for 4 nights.

The location, the facilities, the little garden and the indoor living room. It’s not often we get a living room when staying out. These are the things I love
Just a small thing: the bed are two separate single beds that even when they’re pulled close, there is still a gap in between . It’s not the best for couples!

Very important!!! 100 eur banknote was stolen from my safety box in the room . I put my 2nd wallet with 1000 eur in safety box and i didn't use that money. When i was leaving i checked that my wallet was full but i didn't count the money. I did it only next day at home and informed about incident the manager of resort. It cannot be my mistake because money were counted before in the bank!! All safety boxes have the possibility of emergency opening if guests loose password, and some of staff know it and can do it. Unfortunately!!!

The kitchen set is fabulous! The room size is so big for me and my friend. For the amount of money we paid, it is such a bargain. I didn't expect much from the property but it really exceed my expectation. I think this place will be a great choice for family or group of friends (with all the facilities and location)..

If i have to mention one thing i didn't like, that would be the road to the building is still under some renovation so it could be annoying if you are going for a walk and i think adding more lighting there would be great because it gets really dark at night..

The rooms were spacious and very functional. Definitely great value for money. When something went wrong the staff did everything within their powers to make it better.
What needs to be improved is the drainage on the driveway from the road to the villas. A few times we had to call a taxi just to get us out because the “lake” was impassable.
