Beautiful location, the view from the patio was amazing.

The suites have very clearly been heavily smoked in, ashtrays were on the patio, the units smelled very heavily of smoke. We brought it to the attention of management, and there was little responsibility taken. Responded with a statement of 'I can't stop the uncivilized'. No signage in the units or on the property for no smoking. We are highly allergic and our stay was impacted. The property is marketed as a residence / longer stay but not even basics were provided. Two wine glasses for a 4 person unit, iron but no ironing board. Room was not cleaned properly, broken garbage can in bathroom, dirty stove light/fan controls. Very disappointing for the cost.

The place has an amazing view! Tomasso was an excellent host and very good with communicating and accommodating our super late check in. I wish we had stayed longer so we could take advantage of the kitchen facilities because it was well equiped.

We had two rooms, and we both felt the air conditioning was a tad under performing, it is hard to complain about it since the temperatures were extremely high that time frame. The beds were not comfortable and we had abit if a fitfull nights sleep. This is common in Italy in our experience. Also, pllows are very hard in Italy and we like them soft in the USA!

Beautiful view from the front porch, rooms were big and clean, close to Fiesole town which is a rich area up a hill near Florence

The kitchen has a stove but no pots or pans to use, not even a kettle or chopping board so it ended up being a big unusable space. Also no washing powder for washing machine or soap for sink or dishwasher. Great to have facilities but not if they are unusable

We loved being on the doorstep of Florence without staying in the city itself with the heat and crowds that make up Florence. We were able to get a bus into the city to see the sites and then return to the calmness that Fiesole offers. The apartment overlooked the beautiful valley and was well equipped and comfortable. The owners were very helpful and approachable, with excellent english. Fiesole itself offers some good restaurants and a good supermarket, and we loved the historical aspect with the amphitheatre and museums. It was easy to get to Mugello by car for the racing.

The residence area is well-kept and beautiful, amazing view from the balcony, rare peace and quiet, the room is large and well equipped, including a washing machine and dishwasher, the shower is good, the landlord Thomasso is nice and helpfull

A few more racks in the shower could have helped .The room was clean but little dusty. The sofa bed was little stiff

Apartment with everything you need. Nice restaurants in fiesole. Location and view stunning. Bus into Florence cheap and easy - no need to use car. Tomasso was absolutely great and kept in touch with all details needed.
