Great two bedroomed property, literally 50ft from main strip in Puerto del Carmen. Great communication with Janet. Very helpful lady. Two small beaches close by, one beside Domiti ice-cream shop and one opposite La Penita apartments - opposite directions. Loads of nice restaurants nearby to eat in. Good choice of local shops. Couldn't ask for a better base. Lovely and quiet apartment complex.

Quiet location but 2 minutes walk away from bars, restaurants and shops. Good mix of restaurants including English, Italian and a brilliant Asian restaurant who do Chinese, Thai & Japanese food. Bar & restaurant staff mostly all very friendly. Lots of beaches nearby. We especially like Flamingo beach in Playa Blanca (about 20 mins car or bus ride) which has lovely calm water for swimming.

Very comfortable apartment in a fabulous location. Small complex of about 40 apartments around a small pool. Ideal for the more 'mature' guest, very close to shops, restaurants, beach, taxis, bus stop and supermarket.

We had a lovely holiday in a nice apartment with the perfect location.All the people on the complex were friendly and helpful especially Javier and Soraya.The apartment was clean and well equipped with all the facilities we needed.The pool area was also lovely and very well maintained.Great communication from Janet as well all made it a great holiday

The apartment is in a great location and is very near local shops, restaurants and the beech plus has an onsite pool that is well maintained. A very enjoyable stay and Janet is a very helpful owner. Highly recommended.

the apt was very good; the only faults was the tv' and having no sun on the terrace. the tv needs some looking at we had to keep going to the manager to reset it. and maybe in the summer you may get some sun on the terrace.the location could not be better.

The apartment is extremely comfortable. The living room and kitchen area are both very modern. The two twin bedrooms are very easy to sleep on. The only problem we had was with the T.V. reception. This was eventually sorted out on Saturday.

From the moment of booking, Janet was happy to answer any questions, no matter how small. Linda was also helpful once we were there. The apartment itself had everything we wanted and more. Plenty of space for four people & their clothing. I wouldn't hesitate to book again if looking for a 2 bedroom apartment.

Very nice apartment in a perfect spot for bars, shops and restaurants. Apartment has good cooking facilities nice seating areas inside and out . Small private pool for sun bathing. Perfect for couples with young children or older couples who want to be near everything.

A good sized, well equipped 2 bedroom apartment ideally located for beaches, restaurants buses etc. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend this property to anyone wishing for everything on their doorstep.

The apartment is centrally located but fairly quiet. There is a pool and although fairly small is kept beautifully clean and there are plenty of loungers. It had everything we needed including a washer which meant we could reduce the clothes we brought. It doesnt have aircon but it does have fans and the apartment remains quite cool. The restaurants in Puerto del carmen are really good and in the whole 2 weeks we didnt have a bad meal and some were outstanding. We will definitely be returning, thank you.

Had a great stay at Janet's apartment. Great location and very quiet considering how close to main Street. Janet was very helpful even organised extra fan as coming from north Scotland not able to cope to well with hi temperatures. We stayed on July weather cloudy on morning hot I afternoon. This is when we got the sun on the terrace do perfect. All I all a fab stay at a lovely apartment. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic time staying in this apartment. It is in an excellent location, a level walk to the bars and restaurants of the main beach road in Puerto del Carmen, but as it's not too close to some of the noisier bars, it's also really quiet. It's a level walk to the beaches if you turn left or right on the beach road. The apartment is spotlessly clean and everything was well-maintained. There's a tv and DVD player (we didn't use them, because we were out every evening!), and lots of DVDs and books in the lounge area, with plenty of seating for a family. The spacious patio area has 2 tables and plenty of chairs, and there are also a couple of reclining loungers and a storage box with boogie boards and beach mats and some other beach and pool toys. The bedrooms are a good size with large wardrobes (one with a safe), and loads of coat hangers, always a bonus when you don't travel light! There are two hairdryers in the apartment and an iron and ironing board too. The kitchen area is very well equipped, and although we only ate breakfast in the apartment, there's everything provided to prepare a meal, and a table and chairs for eating inside if you don't want to sit out on the patio. There's a spar supermarket about 10 minutes stroll away which sells everything you need, without having to drive anywhere. The complex itself is clean and well-maintained, and the pool area was lovely, and mostly quiet with plenty of sun beds available during our stay. The booking was straightforward and Janet kept us informed of how to find and access the property. We'd definitely recommend the apartment, and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

What a wonderful apartment!!! The location is just about perfect especially as my husband has some mobility problems. The area is absolutely flat and just steps away from the heart of everything. Three minutes walk takes you to the beach and main spar supermarket which is actually as good as having an 'Asda' on your doorstep! Janet knows just what is needed to make your stay very comfortable and a home from home experience ...everything you could possibly think of that you need is in the apartment and provided to add to your comfort. Towels are changed twice a week by lovey Linda who is always available to help with anything at all. The apartment is cleaned to a high standard in fact I couldn't do it better myself and I'm fussy!!! The beds are heaven ..just so comfortable and spacious giving us a really good nights sleep every night.. Patio furniture is brilliant .. in fact once in the reclining chairs with a G nT in hand you don't want to move they are so comfortable. Although we didn't need them there are plenty of fans about the apartment if it gets particularly hot. Janet is very friendly and helpful and the whole booking process felt very safe and secure. Thank you Janet we had a most enjoyable holiday and would certainly return here when we come to Lanzarote .again..

We booked through the owners direct website, we had never booked a holiday this way before, it was so easy and once you make contact with the owner through the website everything just clicks into place. The apartment is fantastic for a small family or a couple, it's got everything you need apart from maybe aircon, the Internet access can be a little slow at times too (the kids were grumbling). The apartment it literally 30 yards from the main road of PDC with a beach within 200 yards. There is also a small pool that has plenty of available beds (no towel rush in the mornings). The apartment has cable and a smart tv which we used a couple of evenings when we got a take away and watched some movies we took with us on usb sticks. The bedding and towels are changed by Linda. We washed our beach towels in the modern easy to use washing machine a few times. Not sure what else to say really....other than thanks Janet we had a great time.

We had three fantastic weeks here second time in Janet,s apartment and it was like coming home. Plenty of space, very clea, thanks Linda and hubby. Great for getting around and lots of bars and restaurants close by. The complex is well managed and clean. We didn't,t use the polol because of my disability but the apt is just around the corner from it so is very peaceful.. We enjoyed our stay very much and hopefully will be back another time

Myself, my husband and elderly(ish) parents have just returned from a great week in this lovely apartment. The apartment was immaculate and was very comfortable with a lovely sofa and two comfy chairs, the TV was good and there was a film channel which showed some good movies, the kitchen area was nice too and was well equipped. The pool area is nice and when we were there most days it was very quiet and peaceful. The whole complex has a nice friendly feel to it. The location is perfect. Its about a minute to the main strip with plenty of bars and restaurants right on your doorstep. The mid week towel change was much appreciated. I have used private lets before and never had this. There was some work being done in an apartment opposite but the owner Janet called us before we left to advise of this which we appreciated. The work did not cause us a problem, there was some noise but apparently the work will be completed within the next two weeks. If you are looking for comfortable, clean, peaceful apartment in a good location I would highly recommend this apartment.

A word of warning, if you coming here in April or May, be aware that 4 or 5 apartments are being renovated. Cement mixer, drills, table saws, grinders and other machinery all switched on at 9am. Not recommended that you are here during the day. Quite dangerous for kids too as trailing cables and hoses all around. Disappointed we weren't given a heads up before we arrived. Also, the cleaner just changes towels once in the week. We've done our own cleaning, emptying bins and buying toilet paper. Never had to do that before! Outside the complex its great! Just disappointed at current surroundings as could be a really perfect spot.

Have just returned from a week at this fantastic apartment. It had everything we needed and more. A few minutes walk from a couple of supermarkets, pleanty of shops and restaurantes. Our favourite was the italian next to the spar shop. The owner Janet was quick to respond to any questions we had before we travelled. We will hopefully be returning soon

We are 9 days into our 2 week holiday , we come to lanzarote twice a year and have stayed in several different apartments and villas. This apartment is up there with the best it has all you need for e great stay with a home from home feel. Janet the owner was quike to respond when we couldn't get the DVD to work and it was changed within a couple of hours. What a great service she provided. The location is right near the front strip but quite enough to relax by the pool , it is perfect. We have booked to come for christmes and new year and are looking forward to it. Thanks Janet your apartment is top notch. We recommend Fazs indian restraunt just across the road for a lovely meal and good service.

Just come back from our weeks stay,our third visit to this great apartment.We have had another fabulous time great location great food great weather when we l;eft it was 28 degrees and a real cool breeze.You cannot beat this apartment's proximity to Puerto del Carmen's shops restaurants and bars.Yet you are tucked away neatly in a complex with pool "FABULOUS".Janet brilliant with all the contact and info to make your stay spot on.We look forward to future visits.
